This version of the song is the best! The way Freddie delivers "But touch my tears with your lips Touch my world with your fingertips" is deeply touching....
Freddie had the wonderfully, talented ability to glide from smooth silky vocals to growly gravely ones. From soft & sweet to loud & powerful. Sometimes all within the same song, the same sentence even. QUEEN - comprised of four brilliant musicians. So glad you enjoy them.
we were robbed man..Queen kicked everyone in the crotch at Live Aid,then 6 short years later Freddie left us. I have no idea if he would still be belting it out now if he hadn't gotten sick,it would have been a beautiful thing to see though if he was.
Another emotional song is "Is this the world we created" - Brian and Freddie performed it as the end of Live Aid you can find it separately on RUclips.
Seal performer this song at the Freddie Mercury tribute concert! David Seal told the audience that the first time he heard this song he cried 😭 I must freely admit that on many an occasion I have cried to this 👍tears of beauty David
Very emotional song written by Brian for the Highlander movie. And Freddie’s delivery of vocals are unbelievable! Of course, Brian’s guitar has its voice, too. The studio version Brian sings first then Freddie .... OMG. I think you’ll like ONE YEAR OF LOVE written by John Deacon for Highlander as well. That song invokes emotion & crocodile tears!! Thanks again for the re-uploads. 👏👏👏👏
I'm new but I'm already a massive fan of the channel! I really like what you're doing here. And yes, Freddie's vocals are next level amazing! Glad you've decided to explore the rabbit hole that is the Queen catalogue.
Inspired by Highlander ... if you don’t know, it was a film about immortals destined lose their mortal loves and be alone. Incredible vocals both nights on this song 👏👏
Not "inspired by" - but actually written for the film score... (pretty sure they got paid - lol) "Highlander" - the original - was a pretty decent movie...
I've been reading recently about how people who know about such things have studied his voice and have figured out that he had another set of vocal chords that probably made it possible for him to go from smooth as silk to rough and growley. And that he must have figured out how to use them. If this sounds ridiculous then it can be looked up on google.
Glad you enjoyed, wrote that one down! Love that song, heard it but would love to react to it for the fans & for my own amusement. It's one of my favourites by Queen!
Freddie was a true artist who really loved his fans ! RIP
I love queen so much and enjoy your enthusiasm so much! Please keep queen coming! You're great as well!

I love Queen + Seals version of it. They ended the song the same way it was ended when Brian's daughter sang one of the demos
Loving revisiting you're early reactions. Freddie's voice was so powerful on that last Magic tour
Breakthrough. The miracle. The invisible man

One of the songs from Highlander the movie. As was It's a kind of magic.
Do Montreal version🧡
There is a film clip somewhere here on Y/T, a scene from the movie Highlander where the song is sung.
You need to watch the Wembley where Freddie doesn’t have a cold lol everything is better
Queen 1985 Live Aid. Have ya done this one yet? 20 minutes
Coming tomorrow :)
Thanks!!
Where do you do yout singing 😅
actually there is a few cracks in Freddies voice in this version - and he skips a high note - you should listen to the video --
Freddie often lowered the high notes when performing live, so he wasn't skipping anything
Have you heard queen Machines or back to humans and was it all Wort it? No, than Quick listen this perls
