Read this run years ago in trades from the library and enjoyed it. I have since got this volume and pre-ordered vol.2 . I am stoked for a re-read when I have both in hand. Thanks for the review. And to answer your question, yes, I am extremely curious to check out the new USM title as well as Ultimate X-Men. Love your channel!

I really want to start reading daredevil but i was always turn off by the amount of comic needed to read befor brubakers run,but this look pretty awesome and im thinking about picking it up!
The nice thing about Daredevil is that SO many of his runs are great! This one is easier to get into for a new reader imo. It will still make occasional references to previous runs, but it does a good job of filling in the blanks for you.
@SuperFlyComicsGuy glad to hear it because I'm still novice to marvel and when I'm seeing what I need to read before every book I find interesting it's often frustrating 🫠
The reality is that when people tell you that you’re “required” to read x, y, z first before jumping into a comic, oftentimes they’re just saying that because they’re passionate fans that want to make sure you get the most enjoyment out of the story possible. But the truth is you could start pretty much anywhere based on what interests you, and then slowly figure things out from there 😋
