Is the ALL NEW Polaris RZR 200 really that much better than the RZR 170? Kids Youth UTV Comparison

  • Actually, looking back I think the Polaris RZR 170 is the better buy. We could buy two RZR 170's for the price of one Polaris RZR 200 and for as much as kids actually use their UTV's I think it gives them the full "Fun Factor" they are looking for! We think these are both better than a Polaris ACE 150, the 150 is a single seater which is not fun for friends. The RZR 200 does ride considerably better but unless you plan on going to a ride park where the kids will put on tons of miles in a single day it's not going to affect them much. Most of these units are ran around the house on smooth trails or the lawn.

    Cool machines! Great drivers! looks like ya'll have a blast : ) Thinking of getting one for my girls, or maybe a rzr 570 with some kind of custom de-tune or power limiter...

    If you did a rebuild you can make these up to 232cc engines. There are all kinds of upgrades for the engine and transmission.

      That is awesome! We will see how much the kids ride the new one and if we get that far into it! Enjoy The Ride, Jared

      @dragon7689 There are no bolt on aftermarket performance parts such as big bore kits/heads/cams/cranks for the 200 as its a totally different variation of gy6. The 170 yes can be built to 232. The 200 requires custom built parts (ive done a couple of 66mm big bore kits for customers). The 200 is only 177cc btw.

    Thanks for the vid. Just some friendly advice for next video. I noticed that your kids had things they wanted to say but you did most of the talking and limited their responses next time maybe let them give you their thoughts and let them speak for a little bit I’d really like to hear their input, other than that, I really enjoyed the review. I have two grandsons that I am looking into getting them something like this so all the feedback I can get is much appreciated.

      What parent would allow their kids to operate this RECALLED machine?

    • @dragon7689
      @dragon7689 10 месяцев назад

      @dieseldabz7104 just check the steering rack on your machine or change it yourself. This isn't a hard thing to verify, also 32 machines out of thousands is a pretty small margin. I would not be concerned.

    BET THIS DIDN'T AGE WELL HUH? SO HOW MANY OF Y'ALL THAT SPENT $7-8K EACH ON THESE P.O.S RZR 200 ARE PISSED CAUSE THEY COLLECTING DUST DUE TO SAFETY RECALLS RENDERING THEM USELESS? ZERO FIX AS OF NOW.... GUESS EVEN POLARIS WENT CHINESE ROUTE...

    • @dragon7689
      @dragon7689 10 месяцев назад +1

      Both of them are just Chinese clones with polaris stickers. It's a GY6 engine which is a good engine with tons of aftermarket parts. Idk what the recall is but I haven't had any issues with our 2019 rzr 170.

      Honestly Polaris has like 7 billion recalls all the time on everything they sell. Had no clue this unit has one and I'm sure it will have another one. This one is definitely not collecting dust lol. Enjoy The Ride, Jared

      All polaris youth machines are 110% chinese. Everybody knows this. Nobody actually stopped riding due to the recall either (smart people didn't atleast).

    Bought 200 over a year ago - this thing is a POS - thank G somebody bought it from me for same money i spend on it, engine is overheating, sucking in all kinds of crap into fan, steering is hard for kids, stiff suspension - you can actually jump ghat thing, probably only good thing, brake reservoir right in the drint waiting to get clipped, everything rattles, roof, doors everything - if this crao had at least power steering maybe i would keep it but no, do yourself a favor and buy 570 or 900 with power steering, used for couple grand more
