Current BS-38700, IF I RETIRES TODAY THEN
THE AMOUNT I GET IS-
38700/10. X 6 = 23220 which is not even 1/3 of my one month gross salary.
And 10% of contribution of every month kept by government after the retirement.

As per govt , govt will give you 50% of avg of last 12 months' pay withdrawn by you
