I have served 12 years in BRO under NPS. Later i went on deputation in TRAI and absored in TRAI after technical resignation where i m continue in NPS. Now whether i will get 10000 as pension in UPS from BRO or not.

My father joined postal service in 2006 & retired in 2019. He is under NPS. If UPS will apply will my father get monthly pension according to UPS or he will get only arrears?😢

आपको पूरी जानकारी नहीं है। UPS में employee+employer का (10+18.5%) के हिसाब से 30 वर्ष की औसत सर्विस में लगभग 5 करोड़ से अधिक की राशि हो जाती है। 5 करोड़ की राशि पर औसत 7% ब्याज दर पर प्रति माह औसतन 3 लाख मासिक ब्याज ही बनता है, मूल 5 करोड़ जमा स्थिर रहेगा। अतः यह UPS केवल सरकारी ठगी का षड्यंत्र है। इससे तो NPS ही बेहतर है। NPS में दो बड़े गलत प्रावधान हैं 1). Assured Pension नहीं, 2). फैमिली पैंशन नहीं। लेकिन सेवानिवृत्ति पर कुल जमा राशि का 60% कैश मिलेगा और 40% से पैंशन का प्रावधान है। इस तरह 5 करोड़ का 60% तीन करोड़ कैश से ही प्रति माह 2 लाख ब्याज मिलेगा।
सेवा निवृत्ति पर ups scheme me 33 वर्ष की सेवा के बाद16.5 की gratuity का क्या मिलेगी या केवल 6 महीने की सेवा काल पर 1/10 वा भाग ही मिलेगा । 16.5 की gratuity + 6 महीने की सेवा पर 1/10 वा भाग दोनो मिलेगा कन्फ्यूज दूर करे।
