  • I painted a spray-paint portrait of Al Capone for a local mob, themed restaurant here in town! I only took a day from start to finish, so here is a very slow-paced video showing a lot of the strokes and decisions that I made to execute this portrait. Hope you enjoyed it!

    Stunning man. I'm blown away by how efficient you are with the time you have. 3 hours left to paint the face? I would have been freaking out!

      A big part of the evolution is not only improving the end result but also getting quicker as well. I have been able to speed up the process! Also, I just realized that I didn't give an update once I finished, but I did get done in time.

    First of all great work. I keep asking myself how you do the first first line without a Doodle Grid, so that the distances between the two eyes and the ears and the chin are already symmetrical from the front and you then use the spray can afterwards, can you explain that how you do it and with which pen or what exactly you use

    • @nbartistry
      @nbartistry  Год назад +1

      I use a 'solid' marker. They sell them at graf stores and online, but they pretty much write on anything!

  • @NicoW1001

    Hey man do you usually start out with a grid method or projector for your sketch ? If so what projector I’m shopping around for one now ! Happy holidays

    • @nbartistry
      @nbartistry  5 месяцев назад

      It depends man. Whenever possible I use the projector. It just saves time. But sometimes the job site doesn’t have power or the space to project so the doodle grid is perfect for that. I also use the autograph line of projectors!
