Not Sure whats going on with these seals but ive just had to replace the third one in 18 months. Really unhappy with this toilet suite. Luckily the people at Studio Bagno in Sydney have so far replaced the seals free of charge but its such an inconvenience particularly from an expensive purchase!!

The seals are either poor quality or there’s a design fault. I need to change the seal yet again, 4 times in 6 years. Not an easy job when you have a heavy solid stone window shelf to remove to access the hidden cistern. Wish I’d never gone with this when refurbishing the bathroom.

Does dripping come from faulty seals?

Yes, high price toilets and constant seal changes required 3 times in 5 years for us on 2 toilets. Terribly unreliable, wish we now stuck with caroma or something similar with a long term rock solid reputation for reliability. The studio bagno service guy in Sydney is accomodating but i would expect it considering it’s an inferior product. I want to replace these toilets
