    A great way to make sunny side up eggs is to put them in a nonstick pan and cover it. After it cooks a bit take about a tablespoon of water pour it in the pan and cover it again quickly. The steam will cook the white perfectly and leave the yolk runny as long as you don’t cook it too long. The egg comes great without flipping it!

    Hi Felicia, I’m so happy you uploaded a new video! Yay! Was really looking forward to a new what I eat in a day. You’ve been my motivation since 1/1/19 when I started watching your videos and fallowing you. Thanks to you being my motivation, I’ve lost 28 lbs in less than two months!! 😁 🤗Let me say that I’m addicted to the Felicia Combo , I have it for breakfast and it’s soo good (I cook my eggs a little more) Now I have to try your BBQ chicken quesadilla 👍🏻 please please don’t stop uploading these type of videos, I need to have your meal ideas to help me move one.       Yes i know I can’t believe it. I just weight myself right now and I’m down 2 more lbs for a total of 30 lbs since Jan 1, 2019 🙏🏼😱
      Btw, where did you buy that BBQ? Walmart? I don’t remember if you mentioned it.

    Oh and the hash browns and eggs are my favorite breakfast! I do prefer my hashbrowns crispy and with out cottage cheese... but to each their own! :)

    Your eggs are PERFECT!!! Don't listen to those who criticize. Some people have no idea what a fried egg is. I have eaten eggs over easy and medium my who.e life. Love them! Keep on fryin' those eggs sista'!

    I like my #feliciacombo with scrambled eggs and sugar free ketchup! I don’t get why people hate on it you can customize it to your liking. I also tried the built smore last night for the first time and it is LIFE CHANGING. Most of what I eat now are Felicia recipes, you have been a life saver on my journey 💕

    Love your videos so much Felicia! You are so real and honest which is very refreshing. The combo has really helped me on my weight loss journey. My husband loves it too! I have been using the vanilla premier protein which is delicious but I was so excited to finally see the caramel on Amazon! I can’t wait to try it. Have a great weekend! Much love from California!     I’ve lost 15 pounds since joining WW in January because of finding your video!!! Thank you for being REAL with your meals and not always eating chicken and broccoli !!! I NEVER feel deprived and know that this is completely sustainable which is why it’s been much easier to stay on track.     Just tried the premier vanilla and topped it off with a little of my fiances leftover coffee. Definitely just as good! Don’t have an espresso machine so I have to make do! 😊 btw I joined weight watchers because of you! Down 10 lbs! Thank you! Me, my fiancé, our daughter who turns 1 next week, are grateful! Our lives have changed this past month for the better! We get married in 40 days and I never thought I’d have to have alterations twice!

    I love that turkey bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and cottage cheese combo! I'm not gonna lie I honestly didn't think I would lol but I tried to be open minded and damn your right! I add a bit of ketchup to the eggs and hashbrowns to flavor it a bit further. Anyways, keep making these videos girl! You're helping more people then you know!😊

    I just want you to know you are literally an inspiration. I'm a very stubborn women especially when it comes to dieting and life style changes that effect or limit what i can eat.. I get very mean lol.. Anywho because of you and videos like this i joined ww i did fall off the wagon after 1 week but thats honestly bc i didnt plan and i felt a bit overwhelmed but none the less i'm still trying i'm only down 4 pounds lol but hey if i buckle down i know with your vids and my tenacity lol i'll do excellent so thank you for sharing please know you are absolutly apprecited and your felisha combo is fine lol ppl are so extra lol i love it i dnt like over easy or over medium eggs personally i scrambbled mine and 86th the cottage cheese i did try it though lol just dont care for the texture but please keep doing what your doing u swayed a hard headed, stubborn woman lol

    Thank you!! I’m on week two of WW. I did it 15 years ago with friends. This time I’m doing it by myself. Your videos have been so helpful! Thanks for giving us practical meal ideas. I work and have a husband and son at home. The recipe cards we get at meetings are nice, but aren’t always doable if I get home from work late. . . AND I love my eggs over easy!🍳😋

    I love you sooo much, because of you I took the step and joined weight watchers mid December. I am now 16 pounds lighter and still eating such yummy things. 55 pounds left until goal!! I do need to start working out though, buttt I work full time and just have no energy... :( I’d probs lose a bit faster and look a bit more toner

    Until I started watching meal prep videos/eat in a day I didn’t know people had a problem with runny yolks lol. They are the best. Also mixing hash and eggs together is the only way I can eat with. It’s the best!

    Tip: I love seasoning the hash browns with spray butter. I do crisp mine up because I prefer them that way! Such a good combo though. Definitely an easy go to meal.

    I made the Felicia combo today and I loved it but I did brown my hash browns and I added a little pink Himalayan sea salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to them. I LOVE over easy eggs so two of those and the cottage cheese plus I ripped my turkey (which I cooked in the pan but I don’t like it super crispy) apart and mixed it all together, it was AMAZING. I will be eating it for breakfast like everyday now lol

My fiance is a serious eater and never gains a pound so everytime i have tried to diet he hates my diet meals i make but since starting weight watchers i found you and all your recipe videos seriously save my diet girl. He loves them so it makes it easier for me to stick to my plan so thank you so very much you are a true inspiration and i appreciate you and your strength so very much i could not keep going if it werent for these recipes!!!!

    I just love you because of how real you are! I started following you a couple months ago on Instagram. Congratulations on being so successful losing weight! You’re such an inspiration. I’m not doing weight watchers but I’m trying to eat healthier and I’ve lost 10 lbs in little over a month. I’ve tried your french onion chicken and it is freaking amazing!!     Great vid. It’s fun to see for me with the WW points vs what I’m doing parallel by using the Loseit app to count my calories and a Fitbit to calculate what goes in vs what goes out 😊 I got to find me those tortillas! Mine are like 190 calories each so I have to be super careful when I eat those.

    Holy heck!     I am still waiting for Carmeal protein shake. It shouldn't be too long bwfore my costco gets it. Mean while I just use the vanilla premier protein shake and add sugar free carmeal syrup.

    Thank you for this!!!! I’m finally done making excuses, I’ve been following you for a few months and have been saying oh I’m going to join WW like Felicia or I’ll go to your page and get inspired to go work out and some days I do! But most days I’ll come up with an excuse. I just signed up and paid the monthly fee for the WW App and this Monday after payday I plan on going grocery shopping so I’m binge watching your videos again toweute down meal ideas for the week!!!     I love the idea of the premiere protein combined with the shot of espresso! I pretty much drink my coffee every morning and have the premiere protein for breakfast and was trying to figure out how to cut the calories of my coffee and creamer but still have it sweet! I never thought to combine the two lol that genius, thanks!

    I just had the Felicia Combo for breakfast this am I eat it a few times a week it’s one of my favorite meals now! It seriously drives me nuts all the comments you get on the eggs and hashbrowns 😂 people act like they’ve never seen an over easy egg before. It’s cooked on both sides. Got me confused on the opinions but I make mine like yours! Yum!

    If I don't want to add a shot of expresso what do you suggest adding to the premier protein drink? My go to drink is diet coke wanting to find something different that I will like and stick with it? Feel free anyone to give me suggestions.

    You were counting the graham crackers correctly. 28g/2 full sheets of 8 crackers is 4 points. And each half sheet of 2 crackers is 1 point.

    Ok so try quesadilla with Pace as your base or Fat free refried beans. But then add the pace with sour cream if you use beans ! Game changer

    Hi 👋🏼 new sub here (well for 2 weeks 🤣) I just wanted to let you know how much of an inspiration you have been for me! I’m on week 2 of WW and I’m down 8.2. I’ve got about 120 to go but I’m getting there! 😁 your “what I eat in a day” videos have been amazing for me to figure out new things that still taste good but are low in points!     I tried your meal of hashbrowns, egg and turkey bacon. It's pretty good. Normally I make homemade hashbrowns and avoid packaged items. I also ordered a box of assortment built bars. I'm looking forward to giving those a try. =) Thank you for the coupon.

    I love your posts and food but I didn’t see one veggie. You may want to think about greens mix to just drink so that way you get them in quickly since I know you said you don’t like vegetables.

      Andrea Dethmers I do eat veggies just not every single day. You don’t HAVE to eat vegetables to be healthy. Do/eat whatever you want! I think I am doing just fine 💗

    Not a boring dinner at all. For breakfast i usually have 1 slice whole wheat bread with a soft boiled egg. I love it! :) Im waiting on my 3rd box of built bars, I hope the strawberry one is in there. I'm obsessed with the delicious chocolate too! :)

    Hi Felicia, I Love your videos... When I scan the extreme tortilla whole wheat wraps, they come up 2 points. Am I doing it wrong? I know that the spinach ones are 1 point...
