EJ is my all time favorite fighter and just a great human being. After all this brother has accomplished, it kinda ticks me off that people continue to question his intellect, skill, heart and tenacity. The man’s a beast in that ring! All around great fighter, and he made world class fighters like Mikey and Danny Garcia look like prospects in the ring, yet they still doubt him. He beat the brakes off of Danny Garcia AFTER a horrific car “rollover” accident and over a year layoff! No fighter had ever beat Danny Garcia like that. He had already knocked out a couple dozen welterweights BEFORE the Mikey Garcia fight, so I’m confused as to why many idiots say “he couldn’t even knock out little Mikey”. Mikey didn’t get knocked out because he was in survival mode for 9 of the twelve rounds! Stop with the BS! Only casual fans or anti-Spence fans thought Errol was faking the Eye injury. Like he said Pacquiao would’ve been his biggest payday and his coming out party. No way he’s not taking the fight if he was healthy.
I had a bicycle accident. I broke my neck and completely buckled my torso backwards. Several broken areas of the neck and back. Legs and arms the wrong way etc. I never want hospital. It hit me 6 months later with 3 years of torture. Nearly over. I feel ya Spence. I went over the bars on concrete with no protection and the bike tangled up on me xx piece

Here is my takeaway from the interview. Errol Spence is at peace with himself, he is quiet and laser-focused, and he knows where he is and exactly what has to be done to get to the goal. You can tell he has gotten seeds from mom and dad, Eric James to Al Haymon, and many others and he is passing them to his kids and even old folk. Good luck, to you in your future, CHAMP.

Mr Custer another epic interview with one of my favorite fighters. Eventhough Errol doesn't speak much but when he does it makes you understand the man behind the gloves.
