As a parent who has lost a child, I understand. I was holding my son's identical twin while he was taking his last breaths and crying please God don't let him die. Sometimes when we pray for healing God answers in ways we don't understand. He gives our love ones healing by calling them home, because what has caused their pain would give them relief going home to be with Jesus. Ecclesiasties 3:1-8, Revelation 21:4 help me so much during such times in my life as these❤.❤❤❤

I'm sorry about your son, but I want to share some knowledge that might help you in future.
Not to be harsh but when you say you've never hurt anyone, you're not being truthful. There is no living being that has never hurt anyone. We're imperfect beings, so that's a prideful untrue statement that Satan will use to hinder your answers. 2nd you mention things you haven't done, therefore justifying yourself based on your own works (self righteousness) not the sacrifice of Christ. We don't receive anything form God based on our own merits. That's how Satan tricks us and steals our blessings. Based on your own righteousness, you deserve nothing from God but judgement and condemnation. Only Jesus makes us worthy. You should be saying why was my son not healed, I believe in Jesus and in the healing he provided through his stripes.

I do agree with speaking positively, but with that I like honesty. I don't like intentional lying just for the sake of making words sound nice when reality is worse than what we say with our words. It's okay to say, for example, That someone who is very sick and possibly dying, has the chance to recover. Just because reality is harsh doesn't mean we have to leave it that way. At the same time, we don't need to mince words and be dishonest with our speech. I don't like it when people water down situations and sugarcoat things with me. please be careful as Christians, to not use new age philosophies.
