EDIT: I just ran this team on Level 2 and it worked exactly the same.
I was too lazy to figure out how to get around the blow away mechanic tonight, so I just took a trick out of the bag to knock it out fast.
My Going Merry is FULLY MAXED. I'm not sure how important that is.

Not sure how you did it on lvl 2, since on stage 2 you get no special use on crewmates.

The debuffs change on level 3 difficulty. The 2nd level of difficulty it's just an HP increase from level 1.

Its 8 turns to of despair to deal with. So if your merry is maxed to remove bind/despair that's 1, opera support on katakuri is 2, sockets get rid of 3, which just leaves 2. I think Ulti support on black Maria should do it since it gets rid of 2.
