It is easy to sleep if you ever tried one. I have designed a similar one using bunker bed with a LCD monitor at the other end of the bed, 4 speakers at 4 corners and curtain surrounding the bed. No problem sleeping for the last 8 years. Even use the upper part of the bunker bed for extra storage options like my snack and gaming console.

yeah, my first thought was how this would be perfect for all people suffering from some kind of degenerative condition, or even simply old age - after her last stroke, my mom got a walker that she can sit (more like perch) on in a pinch, but you still need to turn it around to do so - not ideal with how sudden and unexpected her legs give out, plus its large and cumbersome, near impossible to get through doors and always drawing embarassing stares. this thing though? could be worn discretly under a large coat, and if your legs give out, just allow yourself to fall backwards.....seriously, it could´ve spared my mom several broken bones!

So I designed a model for a monument for my studio then now we were told to get another use for our models and I saw a chair and it's so simalar to the first design. I think after arch school I will be focusing more on interior, I'm soo proud of myself, nice video.
That wearable chair would be a great idea for elderly people. My mom can't walk for extended periods and something like this would be handy. especially since our stores got rid of their benches (thanks covid) she loves to go to flea markets and has talked of wanting to take the grandkids to Mall of America(?) but she just can't get around. something like that would be a complete game changer, allowing her to sit in the store if she starts to fell weak or need a break.
