I’m replaceable. As a doctor, producer, presenter, CEO, team member - virtually any role that I currently play I’m dispensable and replaceable … except for one: Fatherhood. I am NOT replaceable as a Father, and that makes it the most important role I will ever play in my life. Don’t abdicate Dads. Your family needs you, all of you.
