Not sure about all the titles: public is quite lukewarm, band is tight but the pause between the numbers is a bit too long. This version of Samfi is awesome -leaving the best for last.

I have been looking for some Salif Keita songs for the longest time but can't seem to find them anywhere. I've pretty much listened to every one of his songs that have been uploaded on youtube and still can't find a match. I've been carrying them in my head going for 20+ a years (lived in Bamako from '90 to '93). The best I can do is to sing them and try to catch some of the words and search the words. But I still can't track those particular songs. I've even searched his album releases from around the time of my stay in Mali, listening to each track from those album. The refrain on one of them goes like "Makene, makene.......makene. Makene, makene........makene." The second one I remember starts out some lively instrumental for the intro before "Makero........makero eh eeh eh heh!" Then the refrain goes "......mama.......bebe......bebe......." That's all I can remember for now. Anyone please help with the song titles?
I think those two songs belong to the cassette album Mama, later released internationally on CD as Papa with recording date 1997, but originally it was recorded in the Salif Bamako Studio WANDA , maybe in '93.
