The best of Harvey Specter for me is when he wins he gives credit to his associates and when they make mistakes he says he is responsible for it coz it happened under his watch. True characteristics of a Leader and not just a boss.

Donna Paulson was such great character, her empathy, people reading skills and speaking exactly what needs to be spoken at the right time, in the last season she was indirectly the managing partner , she chose and made Louis the managing partner. This video is incomplete without mentioning her skills, actually her character deserves one whole video. But this one is also a very good video too.

Suits was my personal development show. The first 4 seasons were the best. It taught me a lot and reinforced a lot about the corporate world. I would also recommend Billions and White Colar.

Lesson #1. Never get hired by a law firm like Suites. Depression and Ulcers are guaranteed. I feel sorry for Louise being a doormat all the time. It is a surprise how he digests everything without jumping out of the window.
Yes. I love Suits, but I'd love to see a realistic analysis of the toxic work environment. Especially with Louis, that poor man 😂. To be fair he could be an insufferable d*ck, but when he was on your side- he was a pitbull ready to tear apart and destroy any opposition. He was sensitive and a good lover, but had a short temper and could stir the pot. He could be practical and a genius, but would still get overlooked and talked down to. It was crazy and confusing, and it made me wonder if there are actual work environments like this in reality where people like Louis exist who are overlooked, oftentimes problematic, but still (gotd*mn) good at their job.
I've seen Suits a dozen times (literally) and I am confident Harvey NEVER says "Don't raise your voice, improve your argument." Never. I am fairly certain.

The harsh truth I learned from Suits was, real life lawyers are no way a match to these characters. In real life lawyers are working mostly to cover their own ass, rather than in the best interest of the clients. I haven’t lost my hopes yet, still waiting for a business lawyer to defend my business the way Harvey did. Oh! I miss him 🥺🥺
