Jacob Rees-Mogg on migration, multiculturalism & Britain's demographic change

  • After 13 years of Tory rule, illegal and legal migration has soared, the national debt has surpassed 100% of our GDP, the tax burden is the highest since the Second World War and, according to some, Britain is seemingly governed by a party indistinguishable from that of its Left-wing opposition. To discuss his party’s record in government, Steven Edginton is joined by Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg MP.

He had here a perfect opportunity to show that he's a true old school conservative and thus, win the backing of the hundreds of thousands, possibly millions, of people for whom demographic change is a serious concern. He completely blew it. What an utter helmet. This is why his party is collapsing all over the country; people's actual concerns are consistently ignored and buried. If I was more of a sceptic I would say that he is hiding his true views for risk of being kicked out of his party, but that's probably just optimism.

Well i guess the last hope for the tories has gone in my eyes after this interview. How can he say that multiculturalism has succeeded, there is so much friction between groups in england. Groomin gangs ARE an example of failure of multicutlism. If the UK would have a strong police force and laws to not tolerate the proliferation of insular communites, then maybe it could have worked, but the UK form of it encourages lack of integration and is leading to the the total failure of the country very soon i would say.

At least he didn't lie about it this time, he told us exactly what he and the party will continue to FORCE on to us (there's another word I could use for when politicians force things onto the people), and what we think is completely immaterial to them. Now it's up to us lot to go out in force and vote to make sure he and this Labour-Con uni-party is never voted in again in our lifetime.

Mogg isn't your Messiah..he's just a naughty boy. But on a serious note, he is a realist, he is a capitalist. He is about the pounds and gold. He knows how the world works and how contracts and deals are made between European and Anglo Saxon nations with Africa and Asia. We need oil gas minerals and aside from invasion and securing or sabotage and looting, these can only be acquired through deals and it ALWAYS involves us in allowing their natives into our lands.

"That speech" from Powell in April 1968 was inflammatory and Heath was right to sack him. Given his great intellect, Powell must have known that his words would incite racial hatred. Labour want a million +...2 million +...3 million + Africans, Asians and arabs moving here a year. And the conservatives don't care either. They are traitors, simply put. They want us all living in 100 storey apartment blocks when the country's population exceeds 100 million, while they consolidate their own land holdings, and they and their friends own between a few thousand of them somewhere in the region of 30 % of the entire land mass of the country. Those two parties do not serve the british people, they serve 1) the crown corporation, 2) the royal family, 3) the city of london, 4) multinational corporations including Amazon, Pfeizer, Netlfix, McDonald's and so on, and 5) the military industrial complex. The British government in its current incarnation i.e. the Conservatives and Labour, does not represent ordinary people. They have nothing in common with us, they don't want what we want, they don't feel how we feel. If we elect them again we will have no communities left, no history, no land (the british government bullies people to sell their land, I have evidence), no rights, no freedom of speech, no freedom of movement, our courts will no longer function correctly. So the correct answer is to expand the Home Office to speed up processing of all arrivals, however anathema this is to right-wingers. "Just what exactly are the "Conservatives" conserving anymore if they're not even bothered about conserving the British people?" - conservatism in the european context is about conserving christian values, such as individual responsibility, helping the people in need, freedom to pursue choices that individuals make, and of course a relatively small size of the state, economically and socially. It was/is not about preserving genes, ethnic groups, phenotypes or any other biological characteristic. Conservatism in this form (perhaps it should be called christian conservatism) exists roughly since the end of the early modern period, or the French Revolution. So it is kind of old, and, as we can see, it cannot deliver the results that many people want.
"His blase attitude about the erasure of the native population is utterly disgusting." - native populations disappearing in general does not seem intrinsically bad to me. Native indians were replaced by european peoples in America, but I cannot say that I feel very sorry for that. The thing that I dislike is the disappearance of a phenotypically more beautiful ethnicity.

Yes because of the way we have undertaken immigration - the terms and conditions. He was obviously against mass migration but just stating that doesn't constitute an argument and would have consisted of one sentence not a speech. Moreover his political friend Humphrey Berkeley stated that Enoch wouldn't have been opposed to moderate immigration if we had retained our empire. The key is in the 'whip hand' we gave allowed people to retain dual nationality which means those with hatred and a desire for revenge and with foreign allegiances that are live can also have the vote and positions of political and legal authority such as various anti White judges and politicians like Khan in London and Humza Yousuff in Scotland. We have then combined this toxic poison with the importation of policies that were only designed for the black descendants of slaves in the USA such as accusing anyone who wants traditional culture if White supremacy and endless promotions for people (and immunity for prosecution see the Lammy Review) just because of their race. If we didn't have these two policies and related legislation then tackling immigration and governing a country with some people of other origins would be much easier and could be done with the native population as the main consideration.

The only purpose of Brexit was to control migration of people from the EU and to disintegrate England from the economy of the EU. And Brexit succeeded in that it reduced that flow to a trickle of highly paid football players and managers on which the Premier League depends. It seven reversed the flow as quite a few EU citizens felt so unwelcome they chose to leave. These include highly educated people we would have usefully retained.
In contrast migration from outside the EU was something the UK already had full powers to control but for some undeclared reason successive conservative governments have chosen to not control it. Population replacement is underway and Mr Rees Mogg says clearly that he does not care about the racial makeup of the country.
I notice that Mr Farage is now very upset about this ongoing massive migration from outside the EU but he should not suggest that it is a result of a failure of Brexit and he might acknowledge that Brexit was not designed as a fix for something the governments did not want to fix.

Can red squirrels breed with grey squirrels?
Red squirrel vs grey squirrel: the key differences - Discover ...
For these reasons, co-existing is simply not possible and as they are different species, they will not cross breed.

I think true values were revealed here by JRM. He's usually better than this.

Red squirrels still number about 3,000 on the Isle of White; they are also evident on the islands of Poole Harbour - see also Jersey, Northern Ireland and randomly in Wales.

I've always like the way Mogg composes himself, but he is so wrong here. So, so wrong. His bubble must be so small that he might struggle to breathe if it shrinks further.

This anachronism needs ignoring. A simple review of his statements over the years and the reality after show that. He represents a farming community but wants to damage their livelihood with beef from Australia.
He believes Victorian factory owners were kind and benevolent people.
Those, like Titus Salt , could be counted on one hand.
    Go. away. Jacob.

'I am not concerned with the racial makeup of the country' What a disgraceful comment to make, particularly from a conservative politician. Is he looking for the indigenous way of life to be supplanted by various alien forms of attitudes and outlook?

Are red squirrels endangered in the UK?
    UK Squirrel Accord

Reese mogg, yet another Etonian pretending they know what the people of this country wants, using all the right rhetoric and campaign slogans but totally whince away at doing anything noteworthy or even doing what they promised. They just hope we continue to put up with it

JRM is an apologist. This is an example of why the Conservatives are DONE..... until Mr Farage joins and it effectively becomes a different party. What a wishy washy Liberal he is as wet as today and Babet is chucking it down outside. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Eastern Europe had/has actually a huge grooming problem linked to prostitution (also but not exclusively linked to supplying the Western European market). Including lenient law enforcement.
