For almost a whole summer I ate 3 packs of top ramen for breakfast and then either a costco pizza or 15 McDonald’s cheese burgers/ mcchickens for lunch and dinner. Usually chased dinner with a 6 pack too. Had a 6 pack and peaked at a 305 bench at 20 years old
