I just hope Arrowhead is actually making enough money to continue making content consistently. You can farm super credits for free, and the money they earned on launch will only last so long. They have to find some ways make money because it's live service.
They are such talented and passionate people. They’ve taken their communities word to heart and let their actions speak for themselves. It’s strange nowadays to have a developer care for their player-base like arrowhead and i hope they know how grateful so many of us are for bringing this game into our lives.

Capcom does this with monster hunter, I heavily ranted with friends about the free content Capcom does for MH, and AH not doing the same is outrageous, hopefully cross overs are free, just having the content is free advertisement for the other party.
Literally everyone saying greed and throwing hate on AH name has to take back what they said. They dropped the rest of the content early and for FREE. U can say it was because of the hate and feedback but no it was because they actually care and not for money. Ubisoft literally would give u points after spending $150 on a game and say no returns but heres a skin and points to a game youll never want to play or has nothing to do with the game u just spent the money on. No other devs would do this no studio would ever. The community is quick to throw hate at the slightest thing now tbh and some is understandable but 100 devs who actually cares about their game is trying and not enough love is beings shown in my opinion. U dont have to do this but every month i drop $20 on this game just to show my support. I love this game since day 1 and i wish the positive community that we had in the beginning came back
It’s awesome! I love the armor and weapon drops with the kill zone collab! I’m sure if I open up the Discord though there’s gonna be 5-8 people that are still heated about the armor in the superstore being so pricey
This is good and because of it I bought the first items in the store, I dont mind crossover things being a bit more premium and costing 2 as much as 2 warbonds, But if the 2nd set were the same price it'd basically cost the same price as the game.
After calming down, my main issue was 615 for a single gun. No singular weapon should be priced for half a war bond, never mind over half. I do feel bad they felt they had to give us stuff for free but the price of the gun was the most egregious of the pricing.
Personally i think they should've dropped it as a warbond and have be double or 2.5x the normal amount of a warbond, so 2,000 sc. But breaking it up into thirds and charging 2 of them for almost double a regular warbond was just insane

cool but if you think about it, saying "locking a passive behind a paywall is bad" every new passive is locked behind a warbond and warbonds are unlocked with super credits the same currency you use on the store....so i think that point its kinda mute
Is it? One's a FOMO paywall, which is oppressive af The other has no such timer, making it a lot less oppressive. If you want 1k credits you can calmly grind for it at your own pace even if you only have time for 2 hours a week. But the 1.5 store rotation on the MTX cash shop just doesnt allow for that

No lie if Arrowhead releases collabs in this fashion, it would make the entire thing acceptable! The first phase (10 days) could cost Super Credits for an armor set/other items (Just like an Early Access for giving a little $), with the second phase being free items with another/different armor set/items to provide everybody the same playing field / passive to finally use!

Yeah, we just got the illuminates plus a promise of the recon vehicle/wasp -so I can't cry too much about the super store. Do I think it's a bit overpriced? Yes. But I'm not going to go insulting the devs over it, they've been working hard
@ they have been and if you really hate spending money I will say that the game has a very easy exploit with a bit of learning you can get all the warbonds for free in a few hours me and my friends own everything and never worry about creds just use your time instead if it truly bothers people this much
Its a nice gesture actually that they made the 2nd half of the pack free. My only concern now is that I still havent recieved the super credits bought yesterday. The retry counter just resets every time...
I disagree. It was a very fair communication between the two parties. The community pointed out that the price on the full set is too high and that rotation caused unnecessary FOMO. ArrowHead noted the player's voice and compensated. This is how a two-way street works. If they had just made it a Warbond, it honestly would have went with a much better reception. The sudden change in format got a lot of people worrying with the trend of weapons and armors with unique passives going into Superstore, and those are all valid concerns for the direction of the game.
Is it unnecessary? Are we supposed to applaud and cheer when they screw up? I'll admit it can be done in a nicer way but this is exactly how to get your message across to corpos: Create a massive wave of backlash when they screw up to make them realise they're not the ones in control, bu the playerbase is. If we dont want to shill hundreds of quid for their virtual items, then we can definitely make that known. Them giving out part 2 for free when it was intended to be all MTX as well is a nice return gesture which they didnt have to do (but definitely quelled the backlash) here's hoping they (as in, leadership and PR team) learned, but going by how shams behaves I highly doubt it
I agree i believe it could be a possibility that they sre coming out of the black hole, and i can say it would be terrifying to dee an enitre fleet just exiting the black hole.

Cool but very doubtful is a special event were the bugs and squids are fighting on the same planet while the helldivers have to pick a faction to “win” while still fighting both off at the same time.
My mind isn't all there but would anyone like a mix of bots/bugs/illuminate all on a planet for a limited time ? and while we are tying to be successful on missions enemies are attacking us and each other.
im down for supporting both studios, but i basically spent 20 quid and i could barely get half the items in the store i can accept this and let them take that money

I have stayed through all the times that people gave up on this game. This is the first game I played where it feels like I know the creators. Even when somethings went bad I could always see that they were doing their best to make their customers happy. I hope this game proves that people want to play co op games.
I bought some super credits to support AH. I believe this goes a long way and gamers are more willing to support a developer that cares and doesn't try and screw people over.
I wish passives and boosters could be unlocked progressivley and passives applied dynamically rather than locked behind paywalls. I'd prefer they switch specific strategems with passives being locked behind paywalls.

i dont mind having paid to unlock the urban warbond nor the extra i spent to get the helghast helmet cape. if the second half is free to all, nice but i am beginning to worry about the financial long term existence of the game. advance guard now moving to secure meridia singularity, who knows; maybe the illuminate will bring back the planet and remove the black hole?

The backlash to the prices is ridiculous. You're able to get free currency and save it up for stuff like this but apparently everyone just spends it willy nilly. If anything I was more than happy to pay 20 bucks cuz most of the games stuff only cost from 5 to 10 bucks anyway. I'm sure most of the ppl complaining about the prices are the same ppl who pay 20 to 100 dollar packs in cod and don't even flinch about it.
I think this was completely fair and valid for them to do and I'm happy to see the communication back in regards to it all. I believe the frustration was warranted but people do need to act more like adults and discuss the core issues rather than just outright complaining every chance they get.

Bought my Helghan helmet yesterday and I regret nothing. It looks absolutely great with the Cinderblock armor🤘
The only thing I'm worried about is that there may be a lot of friendly fire incidents on the bot front due to those glowing red eyes on the helmet.

i dont mind having paid to unlock the urban warbond nor the extra i spent to get the helghast helmet cape. if the second half is free to all, nice but i am beginning to worry about the financial long term existence of the game. advance guard now moving to secure meridia singularity, who knows; maybe the illuminate will bring back the planet and remove the black hole?

i disagree lol how do 2 companies make money off of $10 for a full bundle...... this game does everything cheaper than any game you play. i think we should appreciate that more and demand for things less

The backlash to the prices is ridiculous. You're able to get free currency and save it up for stuff like this but apparently everyone just spends it willy nilly. If anything I was more than happy to pay 20 bucks cuz most of the games stuff only cost from 5 to 10 bucks anyway. I'm sure most of the ppl complaining about the prices are the same ppl who pay 20 to 100 dollar packs in cod and don't even flinch about it.

I think this was completely fair and valid for them to do and I'm happy to see the communication back in regards to it all. I believe the frustration was warranted but people do need to act more like adults and discuss the core issues rather than just outright complaining every chance they get.
