    Disclaimer i don't use any device How i calculate my daily steps :- in 10 sec we do 20 steps , in 1 min 120steps , in 60min/1 hr = 7200 steps ...... How can you calculate your s start stop watch for 10 sec and count your steps in those 10 sec and then just do some maths thanks me later ❤

    I think you need to execute more calories deficit like 300 400 ❤

      I will continue eating at maintenance for few more weeks and decide based on how my body responds. I have all the patience with this process 😊
