I find it funny that Tokoha stated that the megacolony skill was too mean. At least bushiroad knows when they release op cards.
If you think mega colony is evil bro you haven’t even see battle spirits ultimate zero. That anime had some of the most OP cards called Ultimate spirits, really overly powerful cards who’s op powers would get worse and worse as the show progressed.
you know if Taiyou's backstory fleshed out a bit more like getting abused during school days or bullied by superiors, I would actually agree with him.
goldenlink40 keep watching if you like Taiyo because he becomes quite the emotional character
Well, i guess it was good thing they had chrono win the majority of his fights. Bushiroad couldn't pull that with Aichi, he lost most of his fights in the first two seasons.
I was nearly thinking imagine using Cyclomatooth,the Machinings,Darkface, Paraspear and Stun Beetle
Hmmm. A similar to the situation with Kiri and Gao from Buddyfight. Kiri wanted to be strong because he was tired of being picked on and he felt that he would be left behind while Gao kept getting stronger. Gao didn't understand Kiri's feelings because he always won his fights. Here, taiyou is saying essentially the same thing. He wants to be strong so that he won't have to feel the pain of loss again. He tells chrono that he wouldn't understand because chrono has won almost all of his fights, except against ibuki, kanzaki, shion, and a few others. Chrono is trying to make taiyou understand that vanguard is supposed to be about having fun, whether you win or lose. The current episodes are dealing with this right now and it's pretty interesting to see where they're going with this.

+vanguardduelist The problem with the kid (forgot his name) is that Chrono played to win on that last match. He got the message across wrong and wasent really having fun. I think that's why the kid reacted the way he did. Good episode though.

Again we miss a great chance to have an epic and complete match showing off the Megacolony. Let's see some fights that don't go from Grade 0 then cut straight to Grade 3. We still love you Vanguard.

@@ayeshahabib9488Kiri was a character in the first and second seasons of “Future Card Buddyfight” who moved constantly and was friends with the main character Gao until moving, only to, like Taiyou, become “Dark”(SPOILERS FROM HERE ON OUT IF YOU WISH TO WATCH BUDDYFIGHT!!!!!)
(Taiyou via the Training of United Sanctuary, and Kiri from being given a Dark Core Gadget). However, unlike Taiyou, Kiri went on to fight people and steal their “Buddy Monsters” when he beat them via Combo Plays, acting more like Yuya did earlier in this season. He also is later revealed to have another secret in season 2 (Buddyfight Hundred) that further differentiates Kiri from Taiyou, and effectively led to Kiri not being a big part of the show any more after Hundred ended.

I hate how all Megacolony users are depicted as jerks, wimps, or just creepy. It’s not my favorite clan or anything, but I do like it enough to care.

The clear cut way to know whether or not a character has a winning chance is if they have the G-stride animation. If a fighter doesn't get the rainbow hyper-drive treatment, they ain't shit.

How did chrono have that hand with all that paralyzing and how did the dog trainer not have enough to guard nextage after all that gigaparalyze?
+Gerald Phan well for the paralyzing part, chrono didn't do anything his turn, so his hand didn't change besides one draw, so it was more like a turn skip. For the part about not being able to guard. Perhaps the dog trainer had no grade 0s in hand (or not enough) and no perfect guards. I mean even with drawing 5 extra cards, if they only have 5k shield it will only be 25k guard. Maybe, more simply, they were nearing end of time allowed for each episode, so the writers just copped out with an easy win for chrono.
