I am blown way by quality of restoration on this gorgeous machine. someone said the engine looks art deco and i definately agree. thank you for letting us see this beautiful machine and sharing the company's history.
What a TRULY gorgeous piece of Art-Deco Mobile Art . Just beautiful , and the Attention to Detail is stunning . Plating would probably have been , in fact , Nickel .
I've been a motorcycle enthusiast all my life and prior to this had never heard of this motorcycle. The unusual transmission configuration is also intriguing. I wonder how well it worked and was it durable. Very interesting! By the way, the narrator's voice is also amazing.
My grandfather use to have a motorcycle like this one but my father sold it regretfully. I have tried to find it and buy it back but no succes. greetz kris
Beautiful! Of course it looks like an old BMW with the cylinders pulled up, lol. How is riding with the shaft drive, does it roll much? The old beamers could almost throw you off when shifting! Great fun. Thanks for the video.
At 2:30 are you sure that is not a 'neutral-finder'? Some British bikes had a lever to enable you to select neutral from any gear except first. (Sort of make things easier at junctions lever.)
this person must learn to fire his bike- what is the use of a display piece unless we dont hear it I respect your restoration pls graciously allow us hear it run !!!! kind regards Rahul
Nice review, very sweet bike. Would have been even more interesting if we could have heard the engine idle and run, while you gave us your analysis of her performance.
There is forum for V - 35 Bergmeister enthusiast on FB - "Victoria V-35 Bergmeister Club Poland". Please join us and discuss about Your bikes. cheers, Marcin
very nice quality and class be happy just to polish that aluminum very art deco top rate information via owner top upload many thanks think have to go my shed now pull old mz resto project out and get hands on !!!
Thanks for the information, but the music is irritating and makes it difficult to understand the narrator. The engine layout is right. The front fender braces being one piece would hold the fender more securely. Nice bike. It is clean, uncluttered.
+Nikhom Shaweeriyha I don't recall ever seeing a Victoria in person, getting into motorcycles as a teen in '57 but the Lilac was introduced in our city in '59 or so. I was well finished too but had some reliability issues. I understand the pushrods for the valves were a tube with a ball bearing brazed on at each end and they would pop off in time. I note here how nicely the intake side passages are cast into the cylinder and head, so clean looking. The '50s were wonderful years for advancement in cycle designs ! I miss the NSU, Adler, Zundapp, and Horex marques, they were so well finished.
All that waffling on about the quality and ya never actually start the bloody thing. If it's even 10% as well built as you're saying it is the thing should run like a brand new Honda Goldwing! Flash it up!
Beautiful unit indeed !

Schöne Victoria! Schön, daß es Kenner gibt, die diesen Motorrad Klassiker in einem so tollen Zustand erhalten. Respekt.
Leider gibts viel zu viele, die die leute über die ohren hauen.
Beautiful simple old bike, you can see the quality, would like too hear it running.
Excellent built and design
Very, very good running
Probably the best looking engine in a motorcycle
Wow, what a beauty! The quality is obvious. Thanks for posting.
Beautiful bike, like Les mentioned below, I wish they would let us hear it run.

At 2:30 are you sure that is not a 'neutral-finder'? Some British bikes had a lever to enable you to select neutral from any gear except first. (Sort of make things easier at junctions lever.)

Движок похож на наш компрессор.
Красава, ни лишних, углов,ни болтов.
Nnniicce.
Красивый , но всё , что не едет - это всего лишь металлолом , особенно если это мотоцикл !
Non running motorcycle.
