Iv got all the mosfets and the 2 diodes, but I don't know which diode goes in d401 and which one goes in d421 as they are 2 different diodes, one is rf1501 and Rfn10, I removed the components months ago and now don't know which diode goes in which place

Set your meter to ohms.Since your does not beep look for low resistance when shorted it will be very low like 5 ohms and lower.This test is design to help you tell if board is bad.If you are planning to fix it there lots of repair kits for sale.

What about the two legs that you did not check are they supposed to be open or what if they are shorted?
They are IGBTs.
Check IGBT measure vids.
