Thanks for this rare 950 review. Not sure why someone takes this bike over de GSX 8S. The 8S is cheaper, less weight, better TFT screen, Quick Shifter, more fuel efficient. Ok, 10 HP less then the 950 though. I do like the looks of the black 2024 950, very nice looking😁

Hi.
I preffer low rpm torque then high rpm power. You can have CB650R with the same power. These, however, will be totally different when it comes to the "feel of power"
Then - please remember that people prefer 4 cylinders than 2 due to smoothness and sound (I have 2 cylinder bike but love 4 cylinders sound as well)
And finally - to me GSX-2950 looks like a big bike, comparing to the 8S:)
I am happy that Suzuki made both, so You can choose whatever You want :)

If it got quickshifter, adjustable suspension and driving modes like the 1000 it could have been a great bike, but afaik its gonna be discontinued anyway

The GSXS950 is simply blown up to its older brother of 1000 to 150 horsepower, it's the best bike with price/power for your money

@@bobdale7563 The 8s or the scalpel??????? now thats interesting.....it would be the 8S for comfort and reliability..the Scalpel is one very fun machine though.....If I went KTM it would be the 890 Adv...thats one very comfy bike and a fab engine
