If you're using possession style, make sure you work on one touch passes. With 3 Midfielders you probably have chance to play wings or center forward. I use KDB AMF Foden AMF and Kimmick CDM all having high ball control, passing and shooting.
Just finished reworking my squad into a possession style and that's basically what I did, except instead of Foden at AMF I slotted him at SS and have KDB coming off the bench with Guti starting at CMF. It's a ton of fun with Neymar and Mbappe playing as LMF and RMF
I play possession with a 4-3-3, single pivot and two CM's.....yh I loose a few times but I love keeping possession above 55% and I love when the opponent presses aggressively haha
i also play possession with almost same formations as u describe. Best CF is Target Man for that style, but there is only one good man - ibra with 90* rating. it's not enough to win a games in D1 with him. :(

I like in possession playstyle that the players dont rush forward like hell. So they come short and therefore I have much less interceptions. For me If the opponent intercept my pass my defence is open and he scores. Less interception = less goal against
Bro i dont want to sound as smartass but i just want to give you a friendly advice. Get one hole player AMF, 3 playmakers slows too much your attack. Also 2 poachers is not optimal. One poacher plus DLF to link with your AMF's

So I have to play quickly. But when I watch someone is playing with possession, they have time to build their attacks slowly

The only way to get this formation is to manually move your midfielders to have 2 DMF’s and 2 AMF’s. the AMF’s are making beautiful forward runs in forward but the formation defends as a normal 4-4-2 as your AMF’s will also try and help out on defense on the wings theirselves. thats why the formations remains solid. for me after quite a while.

When I'm in div 5 gameplay is fast no lag , but when I have the ball and press button to pass or if on wing cross and opposition defender is no where near me , it waits til opposition player catches up to block or make a tackle . So I have no chance of making pass or shooting or crossing . Also same applies in defence , I press button to clear but it waits til opposition players get to block or tackle and have a tap in cos my goalie has fecked off on his holiday . And as for this Koller striker , mine dont work , every header he gets to he just heads over fecking bar . Any tips to remedy all this or is that the idea of possession you are not allowed to release the ball until your tackled.

well, you have been mistaken on the "familiarity of the card in that position" vs how the "card could potentially play" on that specific position. for example, you could take a player like Joao Cancelo, who performs the same on Right mid and the left mid. however, the player isnt fully familiar with the LMF position and wouldnt get his best rating as the game doesnt support him in that position. So, even if you play tagliafico as an LMF, he would lose his overall rating but would play well there.

He was in the game some time ago because he was in the French national team but then the teams got updated according to the rosters in real life so Konami removed them because they're not in the national teams for the World Cup. You can only get him if you buy the French pack with 1500 coins. He's still there in this pack.

Happy that RUclips recommended a good channel as many of those available are pack opening and does player reviews by playing offline - easiest mode.
i have used him and he is very good, as for best, it depends on how you play and how you train them but mbappe is really solid striker and is my main but i do swap him out occasionaly for either man u pack ronaldo and jann koller as he offers an insane aerial threat

I use 4-3-3 possession with 2 large SS and CF opportunist like CR7 or Inzaghi with one red mentality. I use defensive on DMF in advanced.

Depends how you train the player mate
