Hey, Matt! I managed to find my artist. Looked over their portfolio and loved it. They're willing to do everything from illustrations, colors, lettering, and the cover, and since it's just a four page comic it's adding up to a fair price I can afford. Now I just have to save, save, save!
Definitely haven’t been searching for mine yet. Still on the outline. It’s coming together nicely. I’ve sent my short story format to some people and waiting for any feedback they hopefully give me. In the meantime I’m just focusing on my first issue, finishing plotting the overall arc of the series and expanding on my characters. This would technically be my magnum opus, which I know you said to wait on, but I already started before you first told me that lol. I think after I get my first issue to a good point that I want it at I may work on a different, much shorter comic. I may use that and submit to publishing company or just self publish to get myself out there. Thanks for these videos. They are really helping me out in my comic writing journey.

That’s awesome…and yeah, save save save! 🤣
The last couple of minutes are hugely valuable to artists! Having a pinned art tweet that shows off your portfolio AND contact details is very smart!
But if I wanna work with an artist…I’ll find them! 😜
@@MattGarveyComics Not always... ;)
