    That’s very good tip Tom I never thought to do that I usually put 1.5 bar into the expansion vessel to help get a bit of pressure behind it to help drain as you know the 050 doesn’t have a drain off point underneath (up to 2018 ) and they used to be a nightmare trying to drain from the Magna clean! The plate heat exchanger usually responds well to a good jet washing!

      I invented the jet wash plate trick hah … even the newer ones didn’t have a drain off mate. They little blue tap underneath doesn’t work

    Its like most boilers mate. Worcester tell you to put in service mode and then turn boiler off at wall. That way diverter is in mid postion
