Bullwhip can slow enemies combined with skill you don't need rot of atos and can roam faster with much more mana regen early game. Are you sure you are not a 2k player?

None of sf above archon rank will let sky have good lane like that and yea enemy supports too

Magic damage for what? What he needs is an enemy in place where his SS can be maximized. Why all -4k players always think damage is absolute.
