i used to watch you just for the long hitting, but now im enjoying watching you progress. your short-game, especially putting, has improved by leaps and bounds since I first started watching. thanks for taking us with you on your journey!
Bernie is one of those guys who teaches you about the game of golf and the game of life. All the while he's smirking at you, hitting a birdie on hole 18 and winning by 5 strokes even though he's "rusty". What a legend!
Real, I agree with you. The grain direction does affect the ball. Always remember the grass points toward the sun. If the sunset is on your left, the grass will tend to push the ball left. If the sunset is behind you, the grass is towards you and will slow down your ball. I learned that from The Golf Digest magazine I think.
Greats vids man! Love the straight-forward, genuine content you put out. Every video I watch I feel like your putting is on the cusp of helping you shave off another couple shots off of handicap. I oof'd out loud on that lip-out with you lol
Dude these videos are tremendously helpful for tips, but also fun to cheer you on to play a good round. The on course vids with your coach are 🔥 he is a great instructor
Had a lot of fun watching your driving clinic Kyle! Oh yeah, and watching you (and a bit of Bernie) play golf as well :-) Nice to see the evident teacher/pupil dynamic between you guys. I look at that round as a 68 that didn't quite happen but overall there's an awful lot to be enthusiastic about as you said. Glad to see and hear that it was fun and certainly looked like beautiful conditions. I personally wouldn't mind seeing a few more of Bernie's shots especially after hearing that he's been on an upward curve. Those greens look so tricky and fast that they seem to require some real local knowledge to really master them but you did a pretty good job considering. Nice video.
It's awesome you are using driver more. Not sure if that's cuz the course is easier than previous vids or if you are more comfortable with it but keep working at it! You got the tools and the coach to take your game to the next level!
Drivers were spot on for entire 18 hole round. Was this the new prototype driver? Fun to watch, clearly, you could have easily gone 5-6 under, and hopefully, one day you will when you drive like that. Course rating of 74.9 vs. your 73, so you are still a -2 relative to course rating, great job!!! Love Bernie's tips.
Great job brother!! Most of your misses were to the right on those short irons, far be it from me to suggest a little stronger grip on those short irons, but I think you should give it a try.
probably just a lot of hitting at absolute max power combined with strength training. If you hit at max, eventually your current max will become easy and your new max will be higher than your old max. I used to hit like 250-270 and just by hitting a lot I've been able to get up to around 300s or so.
Kyle: glad to have the best coach in the world Bernie: 3 years ago i could have never reach this green in 2 Step brothers: DID WE JUST BECOME BEST FRIENDS?
I'm not near as long as hitter or as good as you. With that said I average about 300 to 310 at sea level carry on my drives. As a 18 handicap, I can get some really nice looks at approach shots at the local courses. 1 thing that helps me after I've striped a drive is to club up, it forces me to swing slower and control my swing vs trying to ride my adrenaline. Just food for thought.
I think you are an amazing athlete, so I have a question as a new golfer, when you are in a situation when you have 70yds in and a clear shot to a flat green, why do you try to flop it on the green instead of a low flight bump and run? Big fan!
The simple answer is because for an advanced player it's a lot more accurate. A pro could think about getting it within 5 or 10 ft almost every time. You need consistent contact first, then know your yardages on your wedges. Bump and run from that distance has too many variables that could effect the shot. There are other shots like 2 hop and stop where you use the spin of your wedge to bite and hold that are between a wedge and bump and run that you'll learn to play. Just my opinion😏
A bit confused as to why Kyle uses 62°, especially on fairway approaches. Seems to me harder to control distances and spin than something with less loft?
You must laugh when people say they hope to be within 100 yards of your drives. They have no chance and you know it, yet they think they're exaggerating.

imagine if Smile Burntshire could putt better than my 4 year old niece.
@@justinberber9848 imagine how easy it is to talk crap behind a keyboard, that man would demolish you on the course
I love these little on course tidbits from Bernie. Always enjoy coaching insight
Your literally my favorite golfer and give me so much inspiration. Get your short game down and you'll change the game
Kyle I really appreciate your humility and work ethic. People like you make golf more approachable and inclusive for everybody and that's awesome!
Can’t get enough of this channel. Loving Bernie’s insights as my course management and overall knowledge are lacking. All the best, Kyle.
Man those greens are like glass!!!!! Great round well done. Definitely a bucket list course looks beautiful.

You two are another great inspiration for myself wanting to get out and play! 3 cheers for Kyle and Bernie!
Great round. Such a beautiful course.
Grain lessons with Bernie. Man, I needed that. Even when I played high school ball, I never considered grain.

Great stuff… I wouldn’t mind watching Bernie play the match against you! Scores and all
your mentality and positivity has change for the better! good job, keep grinding

Loving all these videos, glad you and Bernie can teach each other!
Thanks for the tips Bernie. Driver is killing it. I remember when you were having all sorts of trouble with it.
Absolutely awesome video Kyle. Great watching you and Bernie on an incredible course!!

awesome drives, and what a great coaching session!!!

Kyle you should line up the beard!! Would look super clean
The new camera is great
Great job brother!! Most of your misses were to the right on those short irons, far be it from me to suggest a little stronger grip on those short irons, but I think you should give it a try.
Great video! A bit more Bernie please for the swing tips and course management
Modest as ever
Keep grinding bro
Kyle was wondering on your clean up putts do you spot ball or walk up and hit it in tournament play
I would love to see a series from you on how the average guy can hit the ball farther!
pga bound in the near future!!!!!!!
Where do you get your polos from? I really like the one you have on in this video haha
I believe his polo is from Puma.
Can you guys do a video on how B got the extra speed? What kind of training etc.

I’m so jealous that my golf season is over in PA.
Kyle can we get some top tracers going really want to see your ball flight.
What did Bernie shoot? Great vid love your enthusiam
Kyle: glad to have the best coach in the world
Bernie: 3 years ago i could have never reach this green in 2
Step brothers: DID WE JUST BECOME BEST FRIENDS?
Would be so much fun to see Kyle playing in the PGA Tour.
Kyle, are you still in NC? I’m playing Mid Pines tomorrow if you want to join.
I like your thinking Kyle and how you developer so move on to the PGA-Tour 🏌️♂️⛳️🏆🤓
You need to get the good good boys to Pinehurst and show them how to play
Kyle I really enjoy your videos man. We do not need to see your practice swings everytime though😂just some advice
i can watch kyle hit bunker shots all day
Is he related at all to Bernie Sanders or is it just the same name? PS Love the video keep it up !
his last name is najar, why would he be related to bernie sanders? are all michaels related to each other?
You need to dutch that armlock putter
I'm not near as long as hitter or as good as you. With that said I average about 300 to 310 at sea level carry on my drives. What did you shoot
How did your coach increase his speed?
Pitching wedge from 180 on a par 5 after a 360 yard drive
Bernie, future long drive career?
Game is gelling and u r toasting ur driver!
Kyle Pinehurst seems to be very soft in the fairways with no roll and the greens are hard as a rock and roll out tremendously makes for a tough day
You losing some distance?
Said no one ever to Kyle Berkshire
What’s your driver loft
I think you are an amazing athlete, so I have a question as a new golfer, when you are in a situation when you have 70yds in and a clear shot to a flat green, why do you try to flop it on the green instead of a low flight bump and run? Big fan!

Has "with the grain" and "against the grain" replaced the terminology for "uphill" and "downhill" now?
Does the G respond?
A bit confused as to why Kyle uses 62°, especially on fairway approaches. Seems to me harder to control distances and spin than something with less loft?
He wants a little bit fuller swing on those shots because at his speed it’s hard to control lower lofted wedges swinging so softly
Kyle reminds me of a Swedish pro named Johan Edfors. Tall, long hair and sponsored by puma.
Why did it say -1 through 12 when you just got a birdie?
No white trousers???
I'd be hitting into traffic on this course...
Get rid of that 62* wedge! There is only one guy in the world who should have that club in the bag. His name is Phil.
You must laugh when people say they hope to be within 100 yards of your drives. They have no chance and you know it, yet they think they're exaggerating.
These course vlogs are great and all,but would like to see some competitive matches against quality players
If I only had a short game.
Always fun to watch. Maybe it’s time to try a shorter putter and let go of that long putter shaft…
I don’t think anyone uses a 62 degree wedge more then Kyle.
I want to se bernie play also
show his shots
Did he just say 225 left and using a 7 iron?🤯
Hi, I'm Kyle 2club, I only need a 6 degree and a 62 degree.
You don’t make putts with that thing
Wack
Another video with annoying wind noise. You really should have sorted that shit by now man.
