Может быть решусь когда-нибудь.... но я своим студентам, кто продаёт печенье, не советую ее часто применять если в работе используется большое количество кукурузного сиропа. Сейчас очень много техник и работ, которые больше подходят только для выставок и конкурсов, для украшения кендибара и т.п. Но, это относительно съедобно, особенно для детей. То же касается и «золотых», сияющих как настоящее золото красителей. Я не сторонник их использования, особенно если они не одобрены FDA. Это не съедобно.

You are so talented. Your cookies are beautiful! I tried using a silicone mold and some fondant to make flowers, but my flowers became hard and brittle and pieces started breaking off. Do you have any suggestions? I didn’t put the flowers on a cookie. I was just practicing on parchment paper.
