For everyone who hasn"t found out yet: in Bridge 2020 you can rename the labels as you please in preferences > labels
You can alter the Metadata including the time or date the image was taken
With so many images it would be wise to Stack similar ones. They don’t have to be consecutive.
Thank you for the tutorial, you actually can rename the labels, going to edit, preferences, labels.
CREArteDig JorgeNavarroGossett wonderful, thanks for the tip!
Excellent tutorial. I subscribed. I've been using Lightroom and Photoshop for about a year now and have wondered what Bridge was for since I am about to add Premiere Pro to my toolset. Thank you.
Thanks man! Yea bridge is awesome for managing files visually. At first I thought it was just an ordinary file browser but after digging in I realized how powerful it can be!
impossiblecolor I'll check it out.
Thank you good tutorial
Wonderful tutorial. Thank you. A question, I like the keyword function and often use it. Is there a way of selecting all photo with a specific keywords across all folders? If possible that would be awesome. Thanks
very useful! Thank youu so much for sharing!
quydom Dao thanks! I'm glad it was useful :)

When renaming images Tab forward to rename the next image
great tutorial
Thank you Michele :) I appreciate it
impossiblecolor, at 6:47 I believe you said that the labels couldn't be renamed. Maybe this is for an earlier version that has since been updated, I am using Bridge CC ver. 9.0.1 and this can be done from the Edit menu/Labels. I apologize in advance if I am misunderstanding you. Great video, thank you!
Thanks Kim, you are right! My current version can rename as well :) I named mine "first draft, second drafted, to be completed, completed, and uploaded " Curation can be overwhelming so this really helps.
@@impossiblecolor Thank You so much for responding. I have subscribed to your channel; I am using PS Elements 15 and downloaded Bridge CC last night, so I was looking around for a Bridge tutorial to get better acquainted with the software and found your channel. I really like your teaching style; very methodical, organized and not too fast paced.
PS: I just realized that my 'renaming labels' comment above had already been answered in your response to CREArteDig about a year ago.. I am sorry for having wasted your time by having you respond to that again. Have a great Black Friday!
@@kim13sep Awww, thanks Kim :) It's always nice to get some feedback. I'm glad you found it useful. Have fun with my other videos and happy shopping :D
Command shift R to rename.
This reminded me of when I just started. It didn't matter how blurry the photo was, if the girl was pretty, I kept it! I have since learned to respect beauty.
You never tell us how to set up the thumbnails on the left and the big preview window on the right
the standard essentials view (pressing ctrl f1 / cmd f1 should do it), alternatively you could drag the windows with the cursor wherever you want them to be
