SuperM's performance of "Wish You Were Here" was a special celebration for their 1st anniversary, which was in 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. The song was particularly meaningful because we were all facing the reality of social distancing and the fact that we couldn't see each other or participate in the normal celebration activities, etc. Therefore, they are literally singing about how they wish that everyone was able to be together and how we need to remember we can still find those personal connections through listening to their music and having fun with them even though we can't physically be together. The members of SuperM are all about positivity and light and I wish more people would embrace them as a group and discover how amazing they really are. I hope SM finds a way to keep SuperM together and they eventually release more music. They are what this world needs to bridge the divide between cultures, generations and countries.
'We Do' was not on their albums but a song they did as part of a health campaign encouraging people to help their mental and physical health through dance. We wait Bambi dance practice and live stage for two years.

Lmao I love both of these so much, gosh I miss this group 🥺🥹 During the Wish you were here performance, Baek kept making noises in this low grumble and that was Kai's laugh you hear at he end lol Such a great group that were not appreciated enough mostly for silly reasons by mostly EXO fans and I am an EXO fan for almost 12 yrs now but I do not like fandoms or fandom labels lmao It's that whole sheep mentality and entitled behavior that makes me ill but yeah SuperM were treated horribly and unfairly because SM and Capitol can't schedule right basically and then other "fans" assumed they were created to compete against BTS when this is not the first time SM has made a group like this smh Plus I keep seeing people say Baekhyun was against this group and was scolded by LSM for his opinions against the making of this group when that it completely false. Out of Baekhyun's own words on camera were that he was not going to agree to be in SuperM if it was going to be short term and about him being scolded, all he said is he was asked to voice his opinions by LSM by phone (after LSM had already created a SuperM group chat for the members to state their opinions) and LSM called him right when his dinner had arrived but the conversation lasted 3 hours and his pork cutlet got cold lmao Whatever those opinions were were not mentioned, he just said he was scolded for them and that has turned into by EXO fans that Baekhyun had 3 hours of complaints about SuperM and LSM dismissed his complaints and scolded him over it. Idk how people made that leap but dude talk about twisting things and making assumptions. I can scold my bf for being way too honest about an outfit or scold my puppy, doesn't mean I'm a raging lunatic or doing it in a mean way. Like scolding can have many faces and people need to stop babying these grown men (sigh) Sorry for my rant but the whole thing is ridiculous Too many assumptions being taken as facts because people just believe what people tell them on the internet instead of thinking and researching for themselves. Many of people's gripes are based on rumours or complete fictions that have built up around basically zero facts... sigh I am not sure what SuperM could have done that people are disappointed they didn't do though. They debuted roughly 6 months before the world shut down. They did everything they could to keep in touch with fans and make great music and great content. I know we were all really hoping for a comeback before Kai had to enlist but that was such a narrow window and they were all insanely busy, I can see why it never panned out (completely aside from Lucas' situation and the internal leadership issues at SM). Baekhyun and Taemin finished their enlistment in the Spring of 2023 and Kai had to enlist in May of 2023.... When exactly could they have done anything different? SuperM have certainly never had it easy but I still hold out hope we will see them perform together again once Kai and Taeyong have finished their enlistment periods (maybe that is delusional ....) ;)

He was super busy promoting both as a solo artist, as a member of SHINee and as a member of SuperM, all at the same time. Taemin spent the first half of 2020 promoting and touring with SuperM while he was also working on his solo comeback with his Never Gonna Dance Again album -- "2 Kids," "Criminal," "Idea" and "Think of You." And then, even before he was done with his solo promotions, he started working on SHINee's "Don't Call Me" comeback, and while promoting with SHINee he also was working on SuperM's new song and MV "We Do." And without taking a break, he began preparing for SHINee's repackaged album comeback "Atlantis" and their Superstar Japanese mini album. And in between all of that, SHINee was preparing for their Beyond Live concert and their Japanese fan meeting/concert, and Taemin was also recording an OST for a drama, preparing for a Beyond Live solo concert, and working on his "Advice" album, etc. Taemin's push to cram so much into that year and a half was all in preparation for the fact that he was enlisting in the military May 30, 2021 and he would be on hiatus for almost a year. Taemin is known for being one of the hardest working Idols in the industry. He has literally released at least one song, usually way more than just one song, every year for the past 15 years. (That is, up until his military hiatus, which forced him to not be able to release any new music in 2022.) my favorite superm content is their 'friendship tests' - the giggling and lightheartedness is insane, so i definitely recommend you watch them either on camera or on your own time because it's the kind of content that can really endear you to the members more (taeyong & baekhyun are especially adorable in those videos).
Even if it's off camera, i think you should check out their variety show called Mtopia. that show was such a fun experience and i think you would really enjoy it. i honestly wasn't expecting it to be as fun as it was, but it still is one of my favorite reality shows next to exo ladder and nct variety content. all i'm going to say is that baekhyun would have excelled at stand up comedy if he didn't pursue being a singer. i love that man to an unhealthy extent. also, kai was the one with the cute laugh at the end.
