Chicago mayor, police to discuss plan to prevent robberies

Mayor Brandon Johnson and Chicago Police Supt. Larry Snelling on Friday were set to discuss plans to prevent robberies throughout the city. It comes as police investigate several recent ATM thefts across the city.

Their problem is their culture. Get to the root of the problem and address their culture. If they had the same culture that most Asian American immigrants adopted of valuing education, raising children properly , then crime would fall
