The older items are really cheap now and can be considered low/mid. Red Baby Dragon Hat, Fafnir Scale, Temp Dex Boots, Mysterious Muffler, any HP/SP long range modifiers.

I can make one. Generally I would wait until an upgrade event to go for 14-15+.
