Slime_addict I’m not trying to argue but women do have their problems physically but we also can suffer from a lot of trauma since it’s more likely for us to be sexually abused, and we are forced to act normal during our period even though we are suffering from pain and raging hormones 😅

Karina, during my annual checkups I always ask the doctor if it's normal, thankfully in my case it is. Sometimes it's how people cope with pain. But just to be sure have yourself checked! 💖

This stimulator can’t be accurate, these girls are reacting to the stimulator more than they do with their actual periods... periods ache, just a dull ache, the stimulator looks as though it gives out sudden jolts of pain or something, whatever it’s doing, it doesn’t look right
I agree that the simulator probably isn’t accurate but my period cramps aren’t dull at all. They’re a very sharp strong pain. There are girls that have their appendix burst but they write it off as period cramps because they’ve had cramps that felt worse.
Ya I agree mine is not like that it's like my lower stomach and my lower back at the same time. At school is the worst because the chairs just mess with me there's no way to make it comfortable to have cramps.
I used to get really bad Charley horses in my thighs. They’re rarer now that I’m older. It used to take three days worth of Advil to take the edge off EVERY DAY of my period when I was in my teens and twenties. It’s amazing I didn’t mess up my stomach and liver with that. I apparently don’t digest the tablets well. Since liquid gel capsules came about, it takes considerably fewer pills to control the pain.
If the guys have to go through periods in real then their reaction and suffering will be the same as girls. So this proves that Both genders are equally strong. And girls are not weaker than men. Because pain tolerance is irrespective of the gender and depends on person to person. But Only women have to go through this problem. Since it is given by nature, we can't fight nature, but the best thing which we can do is to support a girl in her periods and don't make it a taboo. BOTH genders have their own problems and instead of fighting that who suffers more what we can do is support them in their tough time. Equal respect for all. No offence.❤️❤️......
I remember reading a story about a girl that went to school to take a test in a huge amount of pain cause she thought it was just her period. It turned out her appendix had ruptured. Not about to rupture. It already had. If that doesn’t say how bad it can get - that it’s sometimes near appendicitis levels of pain and we still go on about our days - then I don’t know!
@@spadesiwnl4 oh shutup, getting kicked in the balls is not nearly as painful as constant period pain that can last for up to 2 weeks. how long does the pain of getting kicked in the balls last. 20 seconds?
That's true because to society/men its unacceptable to break down in tears, make faces, or cry. I remember once I was at work cramping and this guy was b*tching about how tire he was and work in general. Then he asked me how I was doing cuz I wasn't smiling or anything. Me: Im on my period. . .
As long as I stay in that position and don't move I'm ok. But more often than not my mom asks me to do something and then I can't get comfortable again and just want to cry
I always have to switch after about a minute. And for some reason, it always involved rocking back and forth like an insane person. Seriously, if anyone ever saw me in the bathroom, tapping my leg or foot or arm for distraction, blowing out air in a certain rhythm, whispering; 1,2,3 and 1,2,3 and 1,2,3 while rocking back and forth and simultaniously moving my head from the left to the right and back..they'd call for professional help.
@@gotem7993 Just a little side note, quite a few women do enlist, nowadays. As for the majority, someone has to stay with the babies and hold down the fort at home, and a lot of the times it just makes more sense that the mothers stay, since they birth the babies and have that motherly bond. It’s really not a competition between the two, but it does feel super nice to be validated. A lot of guys taunt women, say it’s not hard to go through, and all of this quite frankly junk that’s really not accurate or fair. That’s not to say that men don’t go through tough things. However, it’s really just comparing apples to oranges.
Abigail alvarez endo is a genetic “disorder” kinda, so the specialized tissue that grows on the inside of the uterus starts to grow on the outside or even the surrounding organs, when a period comes the tissue dissolves just as it does in the uterus and you basically internally bleed. cramps are TERRIBLE and you get back pain, hip pain, headaches/migraines, nausea, pain when using the restroom, pain during sex (sometimes unbearably so), i’ve passed out before due to pain, some people are infernal because of it as well and the pain never truly goes away even when you’re not on your period it’s still there as a kind of full ache

My pain tolerance isn't actually that good at all, we just get different types of pain. My periods are like a 0.5/10 on the pain scale at worst, like the feeling of eating a little too much, but I get 8/10 headaches all the time and most people can power through a headache and take an aspirin whereas just trying to open my eyes in order to text that I can't come into work is excruciating and painkillers at most make it go from pain like my head is being smashed to pain that just throbs so I can sleep and pray it ends. My point being, your pain and my pain are not comparable, everyone experiences different body functions differently.
the fact that the one girl on 3 said “i was period cramps felt like this” and the other vid when the guys were on 3 they were “omg this is so painful i feel so bad for girls”🥴🥴

I feel like a period pain simulator may not accurate depict how a period feels, but it still shows misogynistic people that periods truly are painful and that just because it happens monthly doesn't make it any easier
It can still be explained, and if those "misogynistic" people don't care, then you shouldn't bother wasting your time forcing them to understand it. Making others suffer to prove a point isn't that nice either. How does that make the people administering the pain any better as human beings?
@@Pumpkin0_0 I don't think its malicious. The machine, at least to my understanding, is supposed to stimulate the nerves or whatever that trigger period pain. While some people are misogynistic, others are simply curious to see how it feels. Plus, not only did boys and girls do it, but they volunteered for this experiment.
@@nadiajohnson4648 I'm talking about the people who want to *make* others experience it. If someone wants to experience it, that means they're interested in knowing how it feels for a woman. Misogynistic people wouldn't even care or give it the time of day.
you should correct it to 'some people's periods are painful' because it's not like that for everyone. In fact, most women I know have pretty okay periods and I know there are a lot of women going through horrific pain but they are not a majority.
I feel like women should make the simulators just to make sure that it’s accurate and a punching pain not a pinching pain. And it should go in waves of pain just to get the full effect
It sounds similar to a jacked up TENS unit. A more accurate feeling would be to add 5kg of water weight to a thick belt and then tighten it around their waist with the hard plastic water pockets pressing into their pelvic muscles and lower back. Maybe have a mechanism that loosens and tightens, but not enough to feel relief.
@@olivertwists I will say, for me personally, it's usually dull pain, with sharp stings that come out of nowhere. But then those stings trail off into even MORE pain. When I'm out and about, if I get a sting, I've conditioned myself to not react to it, because sometimes your reaction can be visceral. When I'm at home or with friends, I let it out. Worst part is, even though you can FEEL the pain, and pretty much exactly where it is, you can't just put a plaster on it, and painkillers sometimes won't even work. In every period I've had since I was 12, there has never been a time I've not either 1) cried profusely, or 2) threw up.
It can't be compared because period pain builds up and covers our entire uterus, not a sharp pain in a few spots of our abdominal muscles. Also, this can't compare with the bloating and achy feeling of our whole downstairs region, including the pelvic and tail bones. Maybe mine were extreme but around 14-18 yrs old, the 1st day of every period I would be in so much pain that I would vomit off and on the whole day. I couldn't keep pain pills down. The heating pad was my best friend. Enduring all that, I learned to take pain quite well. I guess that's looking on the bright side.
Well it just proved something really important. Some girls experience different levels of pain. Did you know sometimes they come with other symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting and indigestion all that coupled with pain and blood not fun. So I noticed some of these ladies had higher tolerance to the device big ups. At least this sort of gives an idea that this ish ain't fun and we have to walk around like everything is okay.
Part 3: different guy/girl pairs wearing them and have them compete to complete various tasks. Losing team has some sort of funny/humiliating punishment.
I am the only one who gets suicidal thoughts while I feel the cramps. My body turns cold, shivers and I get thigh pain and back pain. Sometimes, my skin goes pale and nothing helps until I scream and cry.
Same- sometimes i get suicidal thoughts cuz the pain is sooooooooooo bad and my parents dont let me take any medicine so it sucks, and mine sometimes get to the point I almost pass out.
Please go and see a doctor, I have endometriosis and have pains like this, it isn’t normal and I had to fight for a diagnosis but it was worth it to know I’m not crazy! Hope things get better for you.
Same with suicidal thoughts but mine is worse before period starts. I’ve been able to manage it on my own but please if you can, go see a doctor. You may want to look into PMDD.
Yeah that’s accurate. Some girls could handle it others couldn’t. I personally don’t have period pains in the front (just on my back) so I know in a low level I would probably give up lmao. But many girls have it bad (my cousin sometimes passes out on her period)
Wait, you can just get cramps in your back? Because whenever I'm on my period my back like constantly aches and I've never really thought about it until now, it sucks like I don't even want to walk, but my uterus and whatnot never ache
Annabeth Chase yes those are cramps!! They are horrible for me tbh. Take an advil or an ibuprofen and I promise you it will feel 2838484 times better. Period pain is pain inside your body and it's not just on one part of your body but on the connected areas and organs. It can render some women incapacitated for days because the pain robs you of energy. It's also uncomfortable and you just feel icky all over. Oh, one more thing: the sensation of warm and sometimes hot blood gushing out of your vagina when you stand up or sneeze/cough. Or the feel of hot blood running down your legs? I'm a heavy bleeder and it got to the point that I had to use a small size baby diaper just to feel secure that I wouldn't leak like an abbatoir. Ugh, the trouble!

They should have the guys do it in a non air conditioned room, wearing a wet pad and draw blood for the drowsy, energy sucking effects periods have- AND use the machine. @@mellow_vybes lucky you, ever since I had my first period, I've fainted 3 times, almost vomited multiple times, had to be taken out of school almost every month because cramps were so bad, etc. I really hope as I get older, my symptoms will go down
Cramps can depend on what food you eat the week or weeks before too. If I eat spicy or sweet food alot than I'll need to take a pill the day before. If I don't take it early, I'll be in so much pain I cant eat, which means I cant take a pill, and I'll have the feeling of throwing up the morning of the second day.
I feel like my period is not even scratching the surface of what some girls go through. I have constant, but bearable cramps for about two days and on the third day I have one particularly nasty cramp that lasts like five minutes and I have to breathe through it, but after that one the remainder of my period is pain free. It’s more of an inconvenience than a week of suffering. Hat’s off to all of you who have to tolerate serious cramps for a full week.
Gotta say TENS pulses aren't an accurate simulation. I've always described bad period pain to my guy friends as what you feel like when you get a stomach bug, AKA why is my body trying to turn itself inside out?!?
I've had horrible periods since high school, to the point of passing out from the strain on my body. My sisters always told me to knock it off and function like a woman. Then my oldest sister had one like I did and cried until she passed out on the couch, then woke up and ate my snack stash and stole my good pads. She barely admitted she was wrong.
That girl with the arm tattoo is a woman of Steel she's on level 8 of the period simulator and not even batting an eye goodness gracious me I dread to think what her real periods are like.
You know, I think it’s important to have a partner and/or friends who are really just there for you on your period. Yes, it’s easier to sympathetic if you’ve gone through it, but treating people with kindness and respect in moments of vulnerability is important.
That moment when: you’re out and about and get a really bad cramp. Ya know the ones that make you bend down and pretend you’re fixing your shoe, but in reality your soul is transcending into a dimension of pain 🕺

During that time of month I wish so hard that I could just be a boy and curse at being a girl, that is the only time I hate myself because my body decides to give me pain unexpectedly😭
I'm pretty positive that there using a Tens unit, cuz it stimulates the muscles which makes the muscles contract. After having my ACL reconstructed, i went through physical therapy and at the end of every session the therapist used the Tens unit. Which I didn't care for cuz on low settings it tickles (cuz it makes the muscles kind of roll) and if the setting was too high it would start to hurt. The stronger the setting the more the muscles contract which is why it can get painful(obviously). I have to agree with the women, its very different than period pain.

But continuing with pain med, it concerns me that my dosage gets higher nd higher....now trying to stave it off

Slime_addict that’s true, at least you guys don’t go through sheer pain that ruins all plans once a month though
Slime_addict I’m not trying to argue but women do have their problems physically but we also can suffer from a lot of trauma since it’s more likely for us to be sexually abused, and we are forced to act normal during our period even though we are suffering from pain and raging hormones 😅
my mate got kicked in the balls and had to have one removed and he stayed in hospital for months and you think we are lucky

Beeski see you just don’t understand it’s not getting kicked the burst of pain can kill you it can last weeks and you can’t walk for days and people laugh when it happens the equivalent of getting kicked in the balls is having 3 kids at the same time

D Cruz yup! I ended up in the hospital but then they figured out I have ovarian cysts 😭
Yes! Surprisingly that's what happens when I take my pain killers too late. Eases the pain tho.
It happened to me the very first time I got my period...had no clue what was happening but I threw up and was completely miserable. Thankfully that only happened maybe 3 times and never as an adult.
anyone know if this can happen even if you don't have endometriosis or ovarian cysts? it only gets that bad once every few months, once i know was because i consumed more dairy than usual and was hella stressed, so i'm just hoping i don't have a condition.

I used to (before medical intervention) throw up for the first 2 days because i was in so much pain.

I used to get really bad Charley horses in my thighs. They’re rarer now that I’m older.

This video made me realize that we, girls, all have different pain tolerance. I haven't thought of that before. But it makes perfect sense.
and also different kind of pain. I never experienced back pain like most girl. It is still painful and I honestly could not pin point the source of pain.
It's like that for everyone, not just girls. Some guys also have crazy high pain tolerance. It's really just about what you're used to regularly.

I feel like a period pain simulator may not accurate depict how a period feels, but it still shows misogynistic people that periods truly are painful and that just because it happens monthly doesn't make it any easier
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏✨
It can still be explained, and if those "misogynistic" people don't care, then you shouldn't bother wasting your time forcing them to understand it. Making others suffer to prove a point isn't that nice either. How does that make the people administering the pain any better as human beings?
@@Pumpkin0_0 I don't think its malicious. The machine, at least to my understanding, is supposed to stimulate the nerves or whatever that trigger period pain. While some people are misogynistic, others are simply curious to see how it feels. Plus, not only did boys and girls do it, but they volunteered for this experiment.
@@nadiajohnson4648
I'm talking about the people who want to *make* others experience it.
I'm wondering if this simulator is accurate, it sounds like it's giving a different kind of pain than most of these women experience.
with how they jump up every now and then i assume it causes stings of pain, while during a real period its consistent pain for several hours
I imagine stuff like that is tough to recreate.. especially to recreate gender specific pain for the other gender
Different yeah, but is it worse than an actual period?
Cramps are different for every woman
We listened to you! Here is the Girls Try response video, what do you think?
It can't be compared because period pain builds up and covers our entire uterus, not a sharp pain in a few spots of our abdominal muscles. Also, this can't compare with the bloating and achy feeling of our whole downstairs region, including the pelvic and tail bones. Maybe mine were extreme but around 14-18 yrs old, the 1st day of every period I would be in so much pain that I would vomit off and on the whole day. I couldn't keep pain pills down. The heating pad was my best friend. Enduring all that, I learned to take pain quite well. I guess that's looking on the bright side.
Maybe try girls who actually has endometriosis, that’s when you have really pain that you get diagnosed with that ,, that pain is really server

YES!!!!! Oh lord, that's just so true. Tho I remember my golden years of preteen and teen 'cause back then period wasn't bad at all for me 😎💪
Now it just screws my moods and drains my energy 'cause it's so painful. I hate it now 😰😭😭😭😭💔
Do you get the "regional" sweating, where your lower stomach/FUPA sweats but then your feet and arms are cold? Or the insomnia combined with the exhaustion.
Finally! Someone who has the same problems! I feel you so much. I may just try the diaper idea..
I find incontinence pads work great for the big gushes. And they hold alot more fluid.
Lol. Omg girl I know!!!
They should have the guys do it in a non air conditioned room, wearing a wet pad and draw blood for the drowsy, energy sucking effects periods have- AND use the machine. After I had my daughter, I now know that my cramps feel just like my labor contractions did. 🤣🤣 Put em in heels too- I hit mine today at work and I'm wearing a dress and heels 🤣🤣🤣
This is some new level of monstrosity like god DAMN
Really are labor and period cramps kinda similar?
@@ecexx. period cramps are basically the lite version of labour pain
@@picklepie5127 Ouch thanks
@@ecexx. They really are. I was absolutely appalled that nobody I knew that had kids could make the connection for me. You know... So I would know what to expect LOL of course there are much much worse 😅
Girls: the guys are being dramatic
Also them: *screaming and jumping*
I feel like most of the girls are overreacting honestly. I feel like the one girl who barely had a reaction even at 8 was more accurate. But then again everyone's period is different so I they probably don't experience the same pains.
It also depends on how bad the cramps are for each girl and if the electic stimulator padds that induce the cramps are in the correct positions.
Obviously some girls don't have it that bad so the pain was greater, that doesn't mean they were overreacting.
@@mellow_vybes I experienced the opposite. My periods used to be painful when I was a teen (I guess because of the hormons being all over the place at that time) but now I am 26 and I haven't had any bad cramps for at least five years. It has a lot to do with your hormonal level, overall health and stuff like that rather than age
@@mellow_vybes lucky you, ever since I had my first period, I've fainted 3 times, almost vomited multiple times, had to be taken out of school almost every month because cramps were so bad, etc. I really hope as I get older, my symptoms will go down
I have pains really rarely. Like once a year. Normally I feel nothing. So that would be really bad for me.
We women are strong but we will feel pain every month . Pain is pain even if we go through it every month
Exactly 😂 oh and also hello army💜
@@morganz4687 hi
@kpop is good 4 u what's gooooood😊💜💜
Preach ...also Armyyy I see that worldwide handsome 💜💜
@@kindazaaroura9206 I love this family😂
This is probably closer to Braxton hicks during pregnancy than periods
Agreed
Braxton hicks just felt like my muscles tensing without my control. They didn't really hurt. They just felt weird.
Kelsey B dude my periods get close to Braxton Hick level in pain terms
The guys at 1: Ok mybe now I need the water bottle
The girls at 7: I feel like I can handle this
1 girl at like 8 was like its not so bad 😂
@adrian ramirez I see what you're saying, but doesn't need to start a debate lol, this is women space. Us boys should respect their opinion.
the one who could handle the 7 prob won't even notice if her hand was cut off🤣
Cramps can depend on what food you eat the week or weeks before too. If I eat spicy or sweet food alot than I'll need to take a pill the day before. If I don't take it early, I'll be in so much pain I cant eat, which means I cant take a pill, and I'll have the feeling of throwing up the morning of the second day.
5:47 Damn this girl sure has a really good pain tolerance
Yeah the others probably have lighter oerioxs
***periods
All i can say is just because its natural doesnt make it any easier..menstrual cramps is a force to be reckoned it!
“Sir, can I go to the bathroom?”
“Wait half an hour, you’ll live”
*also me trying not to cry* : 😀
I feel like my period is not even scratching the surface of what some girls go through. I have constant, but bearable cramps for about two days and on the third day I have one particularly nasty cramp that lasts like five minutes and I have to breathe through it, but after that one the remainder of my period is pain free. It’s more of an inconvenience than a week of suffering. Hat’s off to all of you who have to tolerate serious cramps for a full week.
Gotta say TENS pulses aren't an accurate simulation. I've always described bad period pain to my guy friends as what you feel like when you get a stomach bug, AKA why is my body trying to turn itself inside out?!?
lol Why is my uterus trying to eject?
im watching while on my period
same lol. Good thing I'm on my 5th day?
@@naylisyazwina6836 haha first day goes brrrr
@@wave3305 bruh I'm on my first day my it feels like a 🔪 is 💃 in my damn uterus 😭
me too
I've had horrible periods since high school, to the point of passing out from the strain on my body. My sisters always told me to knock it off and function like a woman. Then my oldest sister had one like I did and cried until she passed out on the couch, then woke up and ate my snack stash and stole my good pads. She barely admitted she was wrong.
Mine started early when I was 10
That girl with the arm tattoo is a woman of Steel she's on level 8 of the period simulator and not even batting an eye goodness gracious me I dread to think what her real periods are like.
I really wanna try this simulator
ATTENTION GIRLS
WE ARE STRONG AND WE ARE BRAVE! LET'S DO THIS TOGETHER!!
You know, I think it’s important to have a partner and/or friends who are really just there for you on your period. Yes, it’s easier to sympathetic if you’ve gone through it, but treating people with kindness and respect in moments of vulnerability is important.
Period cramps are not an electrical shock get them feel the actual cramps this ain't it
Their girls
They do feel real cramps every month
It's a little hard to simulate actual cramps...
"mine is 11-12"
lucky girl mine was when i was 8
I got mine at 12. It's the general age in Malaysia to get your periods. Boys hit puberty or voice change when they are 15 in general.
I got mine when I was 11
I got mine at 12 i remember having terrible cramps but they kept on getting worse
That moment when: you’re out and about and get a really bad cramp. Ya know the ones that make you bend down and pretend you’re fixing your shoe, but in reality your soul is transcending into a dimension of pain 🕺
True 🙂
I remember in 9th grade I had cramps so bad my eyes started to fill with tears until they were running down my face. I couldn't speak anymore and I tried so hard not to show my pain but my body wasn't having it. That was one of the worst days ever. However, I stayed in school all day.
During that time of month I wish so hard that I could just be a boy and curse at being a girl, that is the only time I hate myself because my body decides to give me pain unexpectedly😭
LMAO... I CAN FEEL THE PAIN JUST FROM WATCHING THIS 😂😂😂😂
Tanushrie Ramu same
When the pain shoots through to your lower back... it's like the WWE smackdown of cramps.
5:04 "I'm laughing, but it's like not how I feel"
...mood
I wake up
Has a weird felling down there
Checks nothing there
Hour laters
Checks again

I'm pretty positive that there using a Tens unit, cuz it stimulates the muscles which makes the muscles contract. After having my ACL reconstructed, i went through physical therapy and at the end of every session the therapist used the Tens unit. Which I didn't care for cuz on low settings it tickles (cuz it makes the muscles kind of roll) and if the setting was too high it would start to hurt. The stronger the setting the more the muscles contract which is why it can get painful(obviously). I have to agree with the women, its very different than period pain.
Every period isnt the same & ppl experience their period differently. My twin is str8 chillin but I have baddd dysmenorrhea
I’m watching this right now while having cramps. I just wish i can laugh like them while i’m curled up in the bed crying because it hurts.
I just laughed and immediately started crying from pain....HALP MEEEEE PLEASEEEEE
This just isn't the same type of pain and the machine can't simulate the nausea back pain that makes you unable to move🤷♀️ give me a machine that simulates that!!!💪👍
I'm assuming these are like TENS units? Which in no way, shape, or form would ever replicate Endo pain or every normal period pain
I use a tens unit to TREAT my severe menstrual pains, I dont understand how its even remotely comparable lmao
@@littie766 I'm a fatty Magoo so I don't think it would work on me for Endo but I've used it on my back and I just can't imagine even at the highest setting it being PAINFUL. 🤷🏻♀️
@@TheCollectorsSin the one i use is intended specifically for menstrual pain, but I used to use a regular ol' tens unit where you cant go past a certain level without it being painful. But even then, it just feels like you're being pinched super hard... nothing like the pain of actual cramps
"its a bit like a vibrator i imagine... well i dont imagine, i know." DSLJABJ I LOVE HER
I don't think I'd be able to go to school for at least one day a month if it weren't for painkillers. God bless you, Ibuprofen
Last month when i had my period i couldn't stand up and i was throwing up. I was hella hot like i was sweating, crying due to pain and throwing up. So messed up. 😅🤧
i actually wanna try now, i dont think its that painful.
does someone know if its like those slimming belts
It looks like a tens unit actually
Pain tolerance is different for everyone
men don’t understand how we have to go through this pain during our normal lives/routines
