    Ingredients:
    1 cup Poha (flattened rice)
    1/4 cup Maize flour
    1/4 cup Besan (gram flour)
    1 cup Water
    1 tablespoon Salt

    2 tablespoons Kashmiri chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
    1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
    1/4 teaspoon Amchur powder (dry mango powder)
    1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
    Oil for deep frying
    Step-by-Step Process:
    Prepare the Flour Mixture:
    Grind 1 cup poha into a fine powder.
    Mix the poha powder with 1/4 cup maize flour and 1/4 cup besan.
    Cook the Flour Mixture:
    In a pan, bring 1 cup water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon salt.
    Slowly add the flour mixture to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
    Turn off the heat and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
