TED talks should be amongst the elite, most watched videos on youtube. 149 views is concerning.

@@engle.sorrell yeah pretty wild since I now have little to no respect for tedtalks.

@@engle.sorrell it just went south for the same reason so many other things do.
Plus I have heard some cringey stuff about what they make the speakers go through.
It's just a woke festival these days.

@@SeanRyno gotcha yeah I guess I’ve noticed the best talks are from at least 5 years ago :/ at least we still have the oldies!

What I expect and what I would hope for are two different things. I wish society would froth at the mouth for the next TED conference as much as they would for the next Rhianna drama.

Its been a year so I'm trying to remember i know the class I was taking was a English class with a theme of family so I think it was something like the flexibility of family and why blood isn't what makes a family

Though I used a lot of ted talks for sources in this class so it could have been in a different essay and I haven't watched this video in a year

But what if your family sucks? I've met people not related to me that I liked better than some of my relatives ... js

I've had that experience. Sometimes you just really can't force yourself to like a relative, but sometimes you can find the issue and leave on better terms. Just keep your good members close to you.

this ted talk is terrible im not even trying to be mean but this was the biggest waste of 5 minutes ive ever sat through. honestly i could think up some better statements than this if i were half asleep and had just been hit across the face with a baseball bat several times. also, she sounds like the google translate voice. have a good day.
