From what I've seen, it's not that Kendrick Perkins has been critical of his former team, he flat out insults them on a regular basis. He was one of the main voices trying to sow division between Tatum and Brown. He's a complete clown.

Big Perk was someone I rooted for and you can see how the industry corrupts you. It’s slowly happening with Shannon. When you go against the very team that gave you a start to change your family you ride with that team through everything. Perk should try smiling some he comes off way to mean and aggressive. (It’s just sports, calm down) People stop being who people enjoyed to become a character and it’s so obvious. How is Perk going to be mad at you for making a video & in the same breath he tells the basketball world to get out their feelings? Make it make sense. I’m convinced the whole industry is sensitive & SAS is the most sensitive of them all. When you start a sentence with “I don’t care”, (you care). He shouldn’t be allowed back into Boston 😂 I’m almost certain SAS doesn’t have as many true authentic relationships as he claims & Perk should be very careful with what he says & how he says it. A hot take isn’t worth burning bridges with people who you valued b4 the industry. Because he wasn’t the man on the court he wants the fame now but @ what cost? ESPN will lay him off tomorrow 😮 People respect authenticity and real. We can see characters & even Shannon goes in harder now on players. When he first started you could see he had more respect. I don’t think they understand it’s not too much what you say but how you say it & some things you shouldn’t touch. That whole LeBron/Kyrie narrative (that was Perk & everyone went with it) that was unnecessary. What true friend creates a narrative for you to look bad. You can saw what you want about Perk but if he's willing to call you and hash it out, that to me sounds like a man that's standing on what he thinks. That's what I was taught, speak to that person if you have a problem with him. Everything doesn't need to be for public consumption. Maybe he is being a little sensitive, but in this age of internet tough guys it's refreshing.
I use to love his podcast but my guy takes to long to get to the point. I literally start fast fowarding his podcast but grew tired of it. Only come back to watch when i finished watching others...😢

The problem with Perk is that he come off an unauthentic. He trying too hard to be a baby Stephen A Smith. He make it look too obvious. For example, his recent comments on Lebron trying to take the spotlight away from Kyrie cause he made a simple comment during a convo oh his podcast. Not only was that not true, it was also the tone he said it in that made his true intentions very clear. Bottom line it was unnecessary and false. ESPN will throw him away with no problem and he will have nowhere else to turn besides a podcast which I don’t think will get much attention because he just not that bright
Agree with everything but the LeBron part becuase he don’t talk about missing Kyrie or how great of a teammate Kyrie was ever never ever but at a time when Kyrie had relevance due to the playoffs meanwhile he was at home doing his podcast trying to grab subscribers through means of fluffy flattering that bottom line is unnecessary.
