+Aero FPV Thank you so much buddy! That is very nice of you to say. I really appreciate your consistent comments, thanks for watching! I love the looks of the snow! I'm glad you approve :D
I also wanted to FPV today but I just couldn't find the time. Glad you did tho. I am flying thru you my friend haha. Cheers and I am certain all would approve of this epic flight.
Oh did it snowed where you are too? Sorry you couldn't fly! I'm so happy that you like my video, and be prepared because I have 3 more videos I filmed today that I am working on uploading!
Yes t snowed and for a while it looked like your video. I am also looking forward to your other snow flights. Seems like the Inspire 1 is an amazing all around flyer. I can only imagine the Inspire 2, if ever.
Yes an Inspire 2 would be a sight to behold! Whareabouts are you from? My other flights are just after the snow stopped, as the sun is starting to move in, I'm very excited to upload those videos!
+Frank White Thank you so much! Indeed, it was a bit scary, as I was a bit unsure how it would handle, But i have flown other drones in snow storms and it has always worked alright. But it does take some skills ;)
Yeah I certainly wouldn't want to ruin it! But I was only out flying for about 10 minutes, and as soon as I landed I brought it inside and wiped it down to dry. No issues ^^
Awesome video :) I took my Mariner waterproof quad up on Christmas day during a storm but no gimbal in stiff winds made for a flight a little on the shaky side but I did fly for the festival of lights here with my Phantom 3 Advanced. Great video.
Yeah it could potentially become an issue, especially if there is heavy snow. Just make sure your battery doesn't get too cold, and in the cold you need to reduce flight time. But snow blindness can also be a major issue so it is important to know the flight path very well beforehand. Also you want to dry it off relatively quickly after flight to avoid corrosion.
+Daily Drone FPV Thanks I'll let you know if I do try it. One time I went flying in fog and the whole unit got very wet I was worried but it was fine in the end.
I was so inspired by this footage that I had to reach out to you to use it for one of my recordings. Thank You so much and I think it worked out great! You will find the video on my channel under "The Snowman"
Sure feel free to use whatever clips or videos that you like on my channel! I would love to see the finished product when you are done. Can you send me the link when it is ready??
@@DailyDroneFPV First I have to figure out a way to capture and download you footage. I want to use your footage for a Christmas song I have recorded. Of course I would send you the link of the finished project and give you credit for the visuals as well.
@@artsmart61 I was able to use this free service. Just put the URL of this video in and choose the output format (.mov worked for me) www.onlinevideoconverter.com/youtube-converter
Hi, not really, just the standard foam sides that DJI gives out with all of their inspire 1 drones. However these stickers are merely for insulation from the cold, not for protection from water. I flew in snow that was very cold, so there was no reason to worry about water because none of the snow melted.
awsome shots great job love it love it
Thanks mate, glad you enjoyed it :)
EPIC - Simply EPIC & beautiful. Way to go out and fly in this wonderful snow.

+INTELMAXELL Thank you so much! I've very glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome video! No problem with snow on I1?
+Daily Drone FPV That's great. I've thought about trying it before but was worried about the moisture causing a problem.

Did you add the battery protections or something else? So that it does not get wet??
