Hi, I own ns200 2023 model. I have ridden both n250 and ns200. I was hard to chose between both. Both the bikes have good performance there is no doubt. It has its own pros and cons. Pros, 1. Ns200 riding position is better than n250. Good for long rides. 2. N250 has best in class headlight in this segment. 3. NS200 has USD so front end feel is good. 4. N250 has better pillion seat even good for long rides. CONs 1. Ns200 doesn't have LED headlights or indicators. Definitely not okay for night rides. 2. Ns200 Pillion seat is not ok for long rides 3. N250 front suspension is soft not okay for long touring. If it had USD it would be the best. Conclusion If you want a bike for city rides go for n250, for long rides better stick with NS.
N250 anyday , fresher , more refined and best quality , i dont suggest anybody to ever ride any "naked" bike above 125kmph its very dangerous. Otherwise the feel of n250 with that bassy exhaust sound , damn❤️🔥⚡

N250 is better. I have owned and used 200ns for 6 years. It has the same Duke 200 engine with modification. But the bike is too heavy and tall. Plus its not as agile as Ktm 200. So it feel a bit odd while riding it. you get the speed but not the agility and the centre of gravity is a bit too high which can make you feel tha balance is lack at lower speed. SO its way better to get Pulsar N250, it overall well rounded machine. If you want a fast bike just skip 200ns and Get Duke 200.
