Do you Gua Sha? I am addicted to how good it makes me feel and look. I can’t believe the way it’s helped improve my neck area!

New to this. I've always heard to go downward in neck to drain. I know you eventually go down, but why would you go upward at all? Gotta get your jawline tool. Thanks for sharing

Great question! So observant. Gua Sha nearly always goes in an upward direction to train the facial facia to resist gravity. Lymph drainage on the face and neck moves downward and as you noted, I do this downward move towards the end of my routine to facilitate drainage. I recently acquired a facial dry brush and am now obsessed. I will have to make another video on that. As soon as I wake up, I am dry brushing (for lymph drainage) my entire face, neck and shoulders. It’s better than a cup of coffee! Thank you for watching and for your great question. I appreciate you.

@@sunlight5106 Hello and thank you for watching. I turned 59 in August and aside from eating clean, exercising daily and getting quality sleep, I have largely ignored anti-aging practices for my skin. This year I am on a mission to see what I can do to turn back the clock.
