This guy is good. He is clearly starting a new lift after moving the machine. He trims material along the edge of the cut allowing loose material to fall back in the cut rather than being pulled up on top of the grade and piled in front of the machine. The teeth always stay down in the cut and are cutting material until such time when he begins to hoist.
Frank and Dana Snyder well one also an oiler and if everythings checked and the drag doesnt need to move he usually stays in the cab amd learns how to run the drag and the other guy maybe a foreman

The bucket loses 10% of the load before it dumps. Interesting.
