It takes time to integrate everything after the session. It's not only about sitting with the uncomfortable. I wouldn't do one after another. I mean Temezcal and kambo next day. Sometimes we just get so excited about healing and peeling all the layers without integration. Without listening to our bodies. We just want to be done with it, thinking we can get ahead of it . Imagine healing from something physical, let's say you need to heal an infection in your body and have been prescribed antibiotics for one week treatment. It doesn't help if you take them all in one go. It doesn't heal you quicker. Healing takes time . Best of luck ❤️🙏
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. As someone who is very experienced with Temezcal (I did it weekly when living in tulum prior to this) I know how to handle it and integrate the ritual. I took this trip intentionally for deep healing and for me, doing kambo the next day felt right and I had an incredible experience. Everyone is different but this happens to be what I did, enjoyed and felt amazing from. I share my journey and experiences here on my channel as inspiration for others but not telling anyone what to do, I would appreciate if you respect that and do that same 😊
