I'm commenting again because I wanted to come back to your video for making bath salts ever since I found how much I love using bath bombs. I make handmade cold processed soap but wanted to try my hand at this bath product. My question is, how specific do our ingredients in this need to be measured compared to cold processed soap? Since I've been on my venture to mix different salts and essential oils for single bath times, I've not measured and have used what feels good to me but I'm kind of afraid of messing up my skin now that I've rewatched your tutorial. I also want to add colloidal oats and maybe some kaolin clay which I learned from in my soap from your channel.
Thank you so very much Ms Ellen for always being so willing to share your techniques. I've purchased your soap bars in the past because I want to support your channel so I thank you again for any feedback you can offer. I'm sorry this is so long.

    • @EllenRuthSoap

One of the lovely things about bath salts is they are so flexible, you can customize it in so many ways. I just like to keep the mixed salts as the main bulk of it, and have the additves be a smaller portion of the total. You really can't go wrong, especially when it's going into a tub full of water and being diluted that much..
