    Laminating line for industrial dough sheet production - Fritsch LAMINATOR 3000
    Suitable for many kinds of dough: short dough, puff pastry, Danish and yeast dough, soft dough types of modern, rustic bakery products such as baguettes or ciabatta bread.
    Production line used for unfilled and filled Croissants.

    Condition: fully working, regular maintenance

    2x Folding station with adjustable folding speed for perfectly uniform layering
    1x Calibrating head uniform and structure-preserving reduction to the desired final dough thickness
