Wow! Your rant about moving away from family really resonated with me. I been on an emotional roller coaster because I’m in the process of moving away from my family to set firm boundaries and to protect my mental. ITS HARD! One moment I’m excited then the next I’m conflicted and feel guilty. I fear missing out on something but I’m learning to put myself first. You opening up about this is confirmation I need to go with what feels right. Thank you for being transparent.

Md felt so overwhelming for me and my man so we packed up moved away about 3 hrs it was the hardest decision ever since all of our family's are there but we did it and moved and it was the best decision we ever made a year later we moved even further to colorado and a year after that to California 😁 it has been tough with 3 kiddos but we have made so many beautiful memories and met so many people. Sometimes moving away from what you are comfortable with puts you in uncomfortable positions but with the best learning outcome.

First, let me say congratulations on completing another successful Vlogtober!!! You indeed did the thing okayyy!!! Thank you for your consistency!! Also, I walk my son, Teddie, 3 times a day. In the morning, in the afternoon (3-4pm) and later in the evening (6:30-7:30pm). That works for us!

The older dogs get the more frequent they have to go. My dogs 8 now and when he has to go he really has to even at 2 am. It happens be ready for it or be ready for cleaning up messed more often 😅

I used to get the something about my wight from family friends. when I lost weigh I felt that I needed it after my gallbladder went out. I lost a good 15 pounds and it made a difference but life is a seesaw just like weight u look good❤

Also exercise on your period ! It can be non vigorous workout but walking/running will help your uterus shed more quickly hence cutting the cramps short. Lots of water.
You can lose weight if you really want to but it’s in the food you eat. Inches are great ! Inches represent toning of the body and weight loss will be on the scale and represents your diet.

Hey girl..yes weight is a very touchy topic. I know! I was also in the same situation, losing inches not weight. Coming to find out the reason i wasn't losing weight was because of my IUD. Of course, doctors, internet, everyone is going to tell you different, trust i know. But after doing some deep research i did find out that IUD's can hold on to your weight and i was part of the small percentage of females it happened to. Since ive had it removed i lost 15lbs which ive been trying to loss for the past 9yrs and of course the gym helps!! So you tell me who is wrong lol. I dont know your business and not trying to get in it but just wanted to share. Maybe it will help you or someone else. Have a good one!!

I work from home so my dogs go out multiple times a day but I do have a fenced in yard so that’s why they go out multiple times. when I did go in the office they went out 4 times a day.Also, I love the 2 vlogs and 1 content option. Also, I like for us women to workout and strive to be healthy first and let the weight fall off as it may. Your size is beautiful. ❤
