Sandil's achievement is truly mind-blowing. From my understanding, I think he started working on each consecutive level right after the case study prior to getting his results with the hopes of passing them; to his luck, he passed them all. This way he must have been able to do the OTQs right after each Case Study and hop into the next one right after that.
For all those who says you don’t believe it..I k the bugger personally we were in the same school, and lemme tell you..he is a bright case, if you don’t believe him I suggest (the guy who made this vid) to interview him in a podcast and find out
10 MONTHS done👑🔥😀 I'm coming straight from matric and I've written my 3 out of 4 CIMA certificate level exams in 8 months .....I guess I still have a long way to go😅
Did he sit for all the 16 papers? Or did he get exemption? Also he did mention he had a friend. Some people pass exams quickly if they have a friend helping them out in understanding concepts.
I actually watched his video a couple of weeks ago. I'm just wondering how he was able to do that considering the nature of the case study exams which is release two months after writing it... and you can only move to the next stage after passing the case study of one level
I'm sorry but like the other comment, it's impossible. I'm glad you were honest about it. Let's hear his secret then haha as I'm not getting any younger, it'll be lovely to end next year fully qualified ( as if haha). Thank you for your video 😊
The only thing I can think of is he's timed the amount of time it took him to study all exams, not including the waiting time between sitting case studies etc! In that case, I did it in 18 months & not 30! 😃 Thank you for the kind feedback!
@@CRAIGO10 yes, totally agree! Also, I believe there's a huge difference between passing the exams and actually learn and absorbing the knowledge.I wonder how/if he kept all that. Maybe he's like Sheldon (The Big Bang theory) 🤣
He clearly has great ability on retaining information. I wonder how effective he is in the real world work environement. 😄 it would be great to have him on this channel!
Exemptions might be the answer to this achievement as well as some background knowledge. It would be interesting if you had a chance to speak to him! :)
I'm in Africa, 10 years experience as a Group FM, finally decided to finish and started Strategic level this year, E3 and P3 down and I can't find a job for shit. (40% unemployment) I'll have to beg and plead to emigrate where it's valued because CIMA in Africa is as good as a matric.
not wishing to sound bitter but the gentleman in question must have had exemptions. Even if he started @ the operational level, to get through that exam load in 10 months is ................................... a tall order.
Hey, can you say me does CA include management accounting ? Because there is so many ppl in srilanka say that CA is financial accountanting I read in an article CA has equal of management accts and Financial accnts is this true - please reply would help me a lot to make a very important decision in my life
What if I didn't pay the subscription fee this year and take a break and continue my study next year then do I have to pay fee for 2 years? Can we sit the exams without renewing the subscription fee?
I’m not buying this story at all. It takes 2 months for CIMA to mark your case study exam. Say he wrote operational case study in Feb. His only getting is marks at best in May. Than he writes his management case study in August, his only getting his marks in October. He than has one month(October) to pass his objectives for strategic level, to be eligible for November case study. Than he will only get his marks in January the following year. 10 months?? I’m not buying that
This is very nice of you, thank you for the feature.
Nice to meet you mate. Would be great to have you on the channel to discuss your advice to current CIMA students & how you achieved such a great feat!

Yes absolutely! It could only be possible doing it this way! It’s an incredible achievement & clearly a very clever man!
Sri Lankan CIMA student. Highly appreciate him. I'm proud too. As a 🇱🇰
Love to see the support you have of your fellow citizens, wish we had more of that in the UK! hah!
I hope to see this student on your channel Craigo! Love to see the chronological timeline- For inspiration more than anything else!
That’s the plan! Hopefully we can track him down! I feel there will be a lot to learn from him!

I don’t doubt that whatsoever! Quite clearly a very intelligent Man! Would love to have a podcast style video on this channel!
Sri Lankans ❤🇱🇰❤️
The best!
Hello Craigo, please do a podcast with this student.
I’m more than willing to accommodate this!
He was a past student in our cls.
Very intelligent guy!
10 MONTHS done👑🔥😀

Hahaaa it’s crazy isn’t it!! Well done!! Not long to go until you’ve finished the Certificate level! Good luck 😃
@@CRAIGO10 Yah it is
Thank you so much

Why not ask him 😄
We srilankans in Accounting have another level of achievements.
Quite clearly - GOATS!

Absolutely! I think it’s the same thing we’re all wondering 😄
@@CRAIGO10 I think CIMA should give us an explanation because the maths is not adding up for me (LoL)
Hahaha! I would be interested to hear that too! 😄
I think he started studying for the next level before receiving results. There isn’t actually stopping you from purchasing the other materials.
For sure! And fair play to him if he did that! 😄

Absolutely, but in that case I don’t know how they can call it a ‘record’ 😄
Amazing. I guess he had some exemptions, maybe he didn't have to sit the Certificate level.
I think you’re probably right. I think he probably started at Operational 🤨
Nope, Sharon. I started from the Certificate Level and sat all 16 papers.
@@sandilmallikarachchi3629 hey can you make videos helping cima students and giving your tips on how you passed in first sitting?
he probably had exemptions
I don't believe he did!
At which CIMA (Part-Qualified) Level do you think I can potentially work as a Financial Analyst?
Certificate level. You can work as a finance analyst without being qualified!

Very tall order. However I do believe it’s been confirmed!
Very impressive 👏👏👏. What level can I work towards after completing my CIMA certificate level
Operational level is the answer you’re looking for 😀

All you need to know! But in short, both!
What if I didn't pay the subscription fee this year and take a break and continue my study next year then do I have to pay fee for 2 years?
Can we sit the exams without renewing the subscription fee?
I wouldn't do that, you risk losing your exam passes I believe!
I don't believe this for one second.
It certainly is an achievement that is very hard to believe! 🤣
In my days I managed 9 papers in a 9 months period with a top 10 marker (F7);Well, Only the Young, Impressive even it's a bit of unbelievable~~
Massive progress!! Congratulations!
At which age he completed CIMA?
I'm not sure about that! Very young either way!
@@CRAIGO10 ok Thanks 😊
Think its PR exercise but if its true then hats off to him. But why is he speaking like a robot 🤔
I certainly want to dive deeper into the achievement 😁
I actually had a good chat with Sandil. We are now friends in LinkedIn. Looks like he is talking the truth. So hats off to him
Nice one man! Would be interested to speak with him myself!
Possibly he doesnt know your real name otherwise add him in Linkedin
He's added me! Haven't had the chance to drop a message yet, been really busy!
What the actual F***!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Im doing the same thing. But 10 months u joking
An incredible achievement, one I wouldn't have been able to achieve!

This is not even factoring the certificate level😂
I came to the same conclusion as you 🤨🤣 I don’t know how this is possible! Also says he pretty much completes each exam in 3/4 days?! 🤣
Hahah exactly 😂
I totally agree with you.
