    This time we built a shelter hidden in the forest with a fireplace inside made of stone and earth. I only worked with Axe, saw, small shovel, nail hammer! I stayed two days to build it, but it was worth the experience and the place, a very pleasant one with a lot of natural fauna.
    I hope you like my experience and please write to me in the comments section

    YOUguys forget these shelters are living, breathing beings. They are meant to fail, and be returned to the Maker.❤❤❤

    A few tweeks and that could be a livable shelter that could last for years.

    It's going to be interesting to see what the condition of the mud and the dirt in front of your door is going to be like the next time you come to your shock or shelter. Cuz I was very surprised that you didn't put a rock wall. To hold back the mud when.

      Hello! Thanks for your comment! It's true, this week we were sheltered in the rain and they had to put insulation on the roof plus other improvements! I will present all this soon in a new clip. I look forward to seeing it and telling me if it's better!

    Can you make a video on a rainy day? Just wanna see how waterproof that roof is! :)

    • @barrcamp
      @barrcamp  Год назад +1

      When I built it started to rain. When I was making the fireplace and the chimney. It rained for about an hour and I had to put on a protection, you can see it in the film. I had a raincoat! Initially, the water did not enter, but then water drops began to enter next to the dry leaf. In the next video I will show how I improve this aspect. Thanks so much for watching!

    Me gusta... pero tienes que ver con la lluvia... tenés una bajada atrás y creo que tienes que hacer cuando pones una carpa ..haces a los costados un drenaje para el agua.. después está bien tu refugio.. ahora jajaja nunca hacen un baño jajaja 😂 eso es para emergencias jajaja saludos desde Argentina

      Hola Alfred! Muchas gracias por ver el video! tienes razon con la lluvia. Cuando estava construiendo el refugio,bueno el techo era hecho y tenia que hacer la estufa de piedra a empezado la lluvia y claro goteava asi que tengo que mejorar un poco el techo con algo que no entra el agua! El drenaje de atras asta hecho, hice un drenaje como dices. Pero el video es real i trabaje en el muy duro he tenido que traer toda la madera para la pared y la puerta y eso me costo casi un dia de trabajo. Lo mas dificil a sido con la piedra, no es cerca de traerla y pesa! En el proximo video voy a mejorar estos aspectos. Yo soy de Rumania pero tambien ablo espanol y de nuevo te doy ala gracias por ver el video. Un abrazo grande desde esta parte de Europa!

      @@barrcamp claro cuando tenés que hacer algo para refugio es así uno lo hace y después se da cuenta de los detalles ...uno va aprendiendo al paso.. recuerda tu cama que sea lo más cómoda posible y jajaja ese refugio para que te sea más duradero barro y pasto como hiciste tu estufa pero más pasto..y después todo eso de hojas que pusiste.. ahora sí uno tiene plástico sería excelente.. pero aquí se trata de hacer con lo que encuentras verdad ?? Así que te felicito hermano...y siempre ver si no tienen animales que sean peligrosos entonces hacer más fuertes el refugio . cuídate siempre abrazo

    Братан, я не большой эксперт в области лесных убежищь, но даже мне понятно что крышу надо накрывать чем то не пропускающим воду и все щели в стенах замазывать или затыкать мхом, листвой, впрочем, поскольку ты используешь гвозди можно и стены прикрыть каким нибудь брезентом

      Good observation. In my lattest video you can see that I covered the walls and the roof too.

    é muito legal essas cabanas de "emergência" para acampamento, mas a grade questão é que fazem sempre com ferramentas e esse até pregos usou... uma cabana de emergência, sem ferramentas é muito mais dificil de preparar... outra questão: aguentar o frio e a umidade do solo e o ataque de insetos e animais caçadores como lobos, ursos e felinos... e pra terminar: alimento... eles sempre tem carne, pão, água e outros condimentos: ai facilita demais. Mas no fim das contas, sim, é interessante

    How many dead trees / wood have you used?

    • @barrcamp
      @barrcamp  Год назад

      I used what was to be cleaned. The hazelnut tree grows very fast, it's what I used the most!

    • @normajeanhoorn964
      @normajeanhoorn964 Год назад

      When you asked how many trees do you have to cut up. Imagine that this is the way I would look at it for square footage is where do you want your bed how big do you want it and do you want to have fireplace imagine where that is and you need to have room to walk stand-up. Market out with a stick, draw on the ground.

    A roof made from dirt and dead leaves is not going to keep the rain out. Otherwise, good video.

    • @barrcamp
      @barrcamp  Год назад

      Yes, in the next outings I'll fix the roof at the shelter and I'll insulate the stick walls with soft earth to make it a safe shelter! Thanks so much for watching. It's a shelter we've worked hard on and it still needs a few things done!
