House is the better investment! Bought a house in my 20s during covid for 305k at 3%. Selling now for 500k and still only in my 20s. Buying two and renting one out. I might not have as many clean cars like this dude, but I have never thrown money away on an apt nor will I ever. Haha

ISF are dummy clean, my Brody had an is250. That car was fun to drive, yeah it wasn’t fast but it got you to places, maintenance wasn’t overpriced, and people always believed it was faster than it was.
I used to tell him LSx swap it and have some fun in Mexico 1320.

Bro, if you're spending 2k a month in storage and potentially I'm assuming minimum 3000 a month in rent, you should just get a house. 5k a month after 20% down on a house is legit potentially a 750-800k home.
Go to North Fontana, spend 650 put 20% down and build out a big garage. Make a forever shoe palace! Or even go back to the good ol HD man. Buy a house in Apple valley with a whole storage unit in the backyard. Or go to Texas and refresh the content?
