Thanks Juliet, it’s good to build something that doesn’t require too much thinking…lol Was helping a RUclips friend out as he just moved to Dallas and all his tools are in storage. Thanks as always for visiting and commenting .
Hello my friend, Nice design. A nice holder for coffee mugs. You've created a useful mug rack. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing the details. I wish you have a nice weekend. See you. All the best. Your friend Mehmet
Mugs away Harki, where’s the Aussie one ?, very nice looking cup rack & what a satisfying build. Hey just have to say you need some weed killer in your driveway lol. Keep rocking the shop mate 🍻👍
@@Timnat30 Thanks, and it was sung with screws through the vertical slats and into the studs. At the 4 second mark in the video you will see the screws on the left side vertical slat.
I believe we made this to be 3 ft 6 inches. Reason was they were 8 ft boards and it made sense to make use of the boards as much as we could. Appreciate you watching, hope your project goes well!!
@@LonghornWorkshop got it, thanks for the quick reply! We will see how it goes, gonna be my first woodworking project I do on my own so who knows how it'll turn out lol
I know this is a bit older, but I'd like to replicate this and am hoping you can respond. I am a beginner at this stuff. How did you hang it on the wall? Great content!
Thanks for the comment. This one was screwed directly into the studs in the wall. The holder is wide enough that we can get three screws top and bottom bottom into the studs. If you pause it at the 4 second mark you can see the screws on the vertical slats
Thanks, it’s a good suggestion. I usually don’t provide any measurements as most of the time it’s custom fit. Will make note and see if maybe provide some better guidance in future projects
Simple and well-made mug rack! The rack can be useful for many things other than mugs which makes it a very good diy project!
Thanks Juliet, it’s good to build something that doesn’t require too much thinking…lol

Quick question (love the design), how did you hang it to the wall?

Gonna be replicating this build this weekend! About how wide is this one? Looks to be a perfect width
