Coffee Sponge:
•250g Sofned Butter
•250g Granulated Sugar
•4 large eggs
•250g Self-Raising Flour
•80g Chopped Walnuts ( Save 30g for later )
• 3 Tbps Cooled Coffee
Coffee Buttercream:
•250g Sofned Butter
•270g Icing Sugar
•2 Tbps Cooled Coffee
Assembly:
•Walnuts
•Chopped Walnuts from earlier
•Cooled Coffee
